Last four times ordering there, three of the orders were wrong! Three of them! How does that happen? So I ordered each and every time, a chicken bacon Swiss Sandwich and I get brisket instead (twice) or a bun full of honey mustard and no meat. If that's what I wanted then that's what I would have ordered! Don't go to Arby's in Mansfield Pa. We will never go there again! Three times I had fries for lunch and they are awful too, not one grain of salt.
Editing my review. It's been a couple of years visiting this Arby's. Again, my order was wrong, we waited in line for 35 minutes with only four cars ahead of us. Most of the people behind us Left. Seriously? You people need to get it together because the wait was ridiculous and the fact orders are mixed up is not even right! The guy at the window has to hand deliver people's food to their cars where they are all pulled over in the parking lot, and this holds up the ordering, because the same guy who takes orders has to walk out to the parking lot to deliver orders. I have never seen anything like it. And slow. Seriously, I can't believe I waited in...
Read moreYou have got to be kidding me, first of all, I am a former employee of this particular restaurant location. I drove up to the drive in, ordered and the Guy on the other end was hard to hear, then, I pulled up to the window and when I paid, he handed me sauce packets and napkins, uhh don't you think that should be in the bag? Yes, it should for multiple reasons. Then, nobody behind me, has me pull up to sit and wait. For what purpose? Then after about 5 minutes, I got my order. Then my husband tries to get my sandwich ready to hand me, and I can't eat it, because it's slopped together, sauce and cheese all over it and the wrapper. First of all, I know for a fact that the sandwich can be made without being slopped together and sauce all over. I also know that you can pick it up to place it in the bag without squeezing it, pushing it together, or manhandling it. You expect to be paid for something you can't even get right. Absolutely...
Read moreI was there the weekend of the 1st this month of July 2018. I stopped to eat with my 4 year old daughter when I realized I had a severe break leak. I had a gentleman that worked there, if I recall correctly his name was Bill come out along with two other customers to help. When they realized after two hours of tinkering with my brake line that it wasn't stopping, Arby's manager on duty agreed to allow me to leave the van where it was at until the next morning. The two customers that helped me were so kind, they drove me half way back to my home town. Which added two more hours to their drive time. More than thankful to everyone who helped me that night! I was definitely blessed. 🙌💞 Thank you...
