Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

I have been ordering pizzas from this restaurant for over five years. Tonight I ordered a pizza and chicken Alfredo like I have been doing. I normally pay $13 and some change for these two items. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that I could not get that deal anymore and it had to be ordered online if I were to receive that offer. I ordered online and the price came up to $27 and some change. I called back and spoke to a Woman/female who got the order right and offered to give me the $13 special that I normally get. I went into the store and Was getting ready to pay for the food and a gentleman said that the order was now $27. He then stated that I didn’t indicate on the online order that the tool items I normally get for about 5.99 are now $27. I told him that that was wrong in that I just spoken to a Woman who had given me the correct order for about $13. He refused to change the order and he was very curt, rude, and showed no professionalism. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager I don’t remember his name. After ordering pizzas there for more than five years it is very disappointing to know that some people who appear to be new in there could not look at my order and see that I’ve done the Same thing for over five years.I know this because when you give them your phone number it brings up all the orders you’ve previously made. It felt as if they were just trying to gouge me for money versus abiding by the rules that Domino’s set up on...

I called them. I was put on hold. 25 minutes passed. Still on hold. There, I used my girlfriend’s phone to call, but instead of being out on hold, i kept spam calling. About 5 spam calle later, the receiver said, “one second transferring you directly to the manager.” I then ordered to a girl, who was polite and helpful. She told me the total price was 21$. Keep in mind I am still on hold elsewhere. 1 hour later the driver arrived. I had 25$, 4 dollar for tip. This worker was fast, somewhat out of breath, and had a sense of urgency that i am almost certain no one else at this dominoes had. He deserved a tip, but the lady told me the wrong cost, and it was actually $26. I told the driver to wait, i’d bring more to cover it plus tip, but instead he pulled out his wallet, put in one of HIS dollars, and drove off. so i ordered online, 1st time here in california. i ordered then waited a min to see if they were going to call me. you see in TX they would give me a call 1 to make sure i was actually ordering pizza and 2 to tell me the wait time. in TX i believe they call it a courtesy call. well thats something they forgot to teach this store. and an hour later i called them. he just wanted to see how long it would be before my pizza arrives.
