Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond

I ordered from this restaurant on 7 occasions. Then all of a sudden, they told me they cannot deliver to me and yesterday I was on hold for a half hour, then hung the phone up. And then today I spoke with the manager and she told me she couldn't deliver to me because I was out of their area. And I spoke to one of the other managers, he said he would get it straight here. We're having the same problem again and the manager is probably the rudest person I've ever spoke to so if I was you, I would avoid this location. You never know if they're going to deliver or if they're going to answer also, the manager on duty said she could not give me the name over phone number of any other supervisor or manager for that location. I have seen a lot of Marco Pizza spots in the Richmond area, but never felt tempted to try it. But recently I had seen it advertised a large 1 topping pizza for $8.9)9. That's an amazing deal so I wanted to try it out. When I drove to the store and spoke to an employee inside, I discovered that deal was only for online purchases. I have had my debit/credit information stolen several times in the past and didn't want to do my order online. A customer willing to drive to the location and order the pizza inside the shop should receive the same deals as someone ordering online. Everything at this location (other than my online order compliant) was amazing. But I will not go back to Marcos until they offer the same deals to on site customers as they do to online one's. I did not get all my order I called the location at 5800 block Midlothian turnpike the guy in there was so nasty and so rude like I was trying to steal something I said I did not get the sub and he couldn't give me my money back he said I had to go to the general manager and I got so upset I hung up on him I didn't appreciate that at all as long as I've been dealing with that location the pizza was cold all I got was the pizza and the drink.
