Southside is a brand new skatepark fo ished this year in 2022. I was so excited to check it outwjen I moved to Virginia... I sadly have to report that it is disappointing. Many of the transitions around the park are too small and too quick.
Behind the huge bowl is a small snake-run, bit it's literally about two feet high. Thwr is no point skating something that small because my front wheels are already at flat when dropping in.

The huge bowl has a tiny 4ft section that is almost vertical and way too tight. The deep end is vert but about 10ft hight..Hight... I can't believe the difference in height from one side to the other.
The street sectio. Is well done and has a few lower rails and ledges. Each wedge leading to the rails and ledges is just the right height and angle. So we'll done on that part.

Had to cut several sessions short because my son bumps into a kid another kid just cruising around. No pain...
