So we get to McDonald's and as usual the line is wrapped around the building. We parked and placed our order through the mobile app. We love the app and always use it because we want to make sure our order gets placed correctly. We've been parking and placing the order more since Wendy's across the street has closed and never had any issues. So after about 15 minutes I noticed cars in line that would have been in front of us leaving so we went to call but then saw the shift leader coming out with our food. I'm assuming he is the shift leader since he had a black buttoned down shirt on. He handed us our drinks and food and stated that next time when it's busy like that it would be better to go through the drive thru. And I can certainly understand this but that wasn't all he had to say. He then said that when it gets that busy they can't just drop everything to bring food outside. Then turn that feature off for your store if you have an issue or take away the signs or put up a sign that says you aren't offering curb side pick up. When I spoke to him after he said that he continued to be rude and told me next time he wouldn't bring the food out. Now maybe he thought I wouldn't complain, maybe he thought we wouldn't contact corporate. I'm sure he doesn't care either. Well hopefully he will read this or someone else will and tell him. Since he was only one of four people working I'm sure it's easy to figure it out. I can't wait to go back, I'm not done having fun...
Read moreI just came from this mcdonalds and not only did I see a vehicle pull off with an order but I waited 5 mins at the ordering machine and didn't get a reply, then I pulled up to the window and honked my horn. When I pulled around the establishment I watched a cook stand there for two minutes and the other woman supposed to be taking orders, closing the front register. I knocked on the window loud enough for her to hear and honking the horn they still didn't reply. I called 3 times, on the third call they finally answered and the woman in the front said they were in the bathroom. I was standing there watching them for several minutes. These employees give your organization a bad reputation. I understand why your location only has 3 stars. For an employee to ignore customers just because she doesn't feel like working should be terminated for ruining business for your organization. Not only did I express that I seen her closing the register and seen the cook just standing there she proceeded to lie and say it was their only bathroom break. This is baffling to me and I am disgusted and disappointed in your restaurant. Read moreDecent McDonald's. Young staff. Need to work on getting hot fries to the customers. Cold, soggy doesn't cut it. Other than that I can't complain.
06/17/2022: This place has gone way downhill. Horrible management, staff is not trained properly. They close the store down early sometimes when they say 24 hours (it is not). Drive thru will take someones order, let them drive up to the window and will not answer the next person until that person has left the line. Its rather pathetic of a fast food restaurant. Need new management and a higher level of service. 1 star, 0 if it was an option. Ownership should do a better job, especially since this is the only fast food in town now.
08/13/22 - The fact the dining room has been closed for 2 years is still beyond me. Starting to wonder how this place even is operational. Management needs to be replaced with competent people who are actually willing to work. Time for corporate to come...
