Reina's Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond

They have no menus just a screen TV without prices. We knew what we wanted to order. I ask for a Salvadoran breakfast and my parents order 4 pupusas plus a coffee and a horchata. Which was like a Mexican horchata. Service was not good. The young lady never come back to check up on us, or see if we needed anything or if everything was fine. When I got up to pay. I asked her about the prices. She said "the breakfast is $21.00 + tax is $23.00. " I asked and the pupusas? She said "$4.39 with tax" I think is over price. Which I call it false advertising on price. Ppl have put a few prices on line. But 👎 on this restaurant. Not...

We went to the restaurant, thinking to support local businesses. But so disappointed with the service , careless ,so slow , also everything was overprice careful. Because they don't even offer you a real menu with $$$ on it. You have to watch the TV scream to order. I feel that the Salvadorian breakfast was over priced at $23.00 dollars, also she charged me $15 for a order of 2 sopes that were fry and hard for my daughter to eat it. So disappointed, I think that will be my last experience in this restaurant....

Ordered two chicken tacos and received this 30 min later. The restaurant was empty and it was special of the day at $7 but they tried to charge me $12 until I pointed it out. I also didn't receive my free soda with the special. I don't eat Flautas and I'm allergic to beets. Even twj receipt says 2 chicken tacos. Not the first time I've had a problem here. Next to my job but I receive better service elsewhere. Also not friendly unless...
