Shawarma’s @ Scott’s — Restaurant in Richmond

Meat was very dry, except for the chicken. My boyfriend ended up getting sick poisoning a few hours after eating their beef and lamb platter with the salad and hummus. I ordered the mixed platter with rice and hummus and I feel fine. We suspect it was the salad. We ordered our food via GrubHub on 12/2/24 in the late afternoon.... Now on 12/3 I am having symptoms smh. I don't believe this place is hygienic. One reason someone will over cook food is to cook out the contamination in improperly stored meat. I believe this restaurant is not what it seems....

I had heard about this spot, and went to check it out with the hubs last week. The store has a great selection of snacks: conventional, moderately healthful, unique. They also have a good variety of grocery items for those living nearby. It was daytime, so I didn't even check out their extensive beer selection.
