Subway — Restaurant in Richmond

Yesterday I came to subway and they were closed really early even though it wasn’t close to 7:00? 😟 So I went back home and came back today. I ordered online pickup and when I got there my food wasn’t made!! He said bc they didn’t have the pizza I ordered. Anyway…The guy cooking my food didn’t read the receipt how I wanted my food,he just put random amount even though I asked for specific instructions. I asked for my blt toasted and He only cooked the bacon? 😕 The cheese and flatbread wasn’t cooked!!! Who wants a cold BLT? The meatball marinara sauce was little. I wanted more pepper less salt. The salt and pepper was mixed together in the same shaker? 🤨 One of my subs was salty. I’m gonna stop eating out LOL it’s a waste of time and money! Make homemade and you can cook it how ever...

Went to the one on Chamberlayne. The staff, mainly the lady Khadijah, is not friendly, bordering on rude. I feel I was overcharged and the tables were not clean. In a covid world, that should not happen... the first time I went there, there was a sign that they would be back in 15 minutes. I waited a half hour and when she came back, she took her time letting me and 3 other patrons in... I will visit other Subways, but this one is off my list. I don't care if...

I visit this subway almost weekly. All of the employees I’ve met have been great and the sandwiches are always great. I like to bring friend and siblings because it’s so close and the food is great. One I left my sunglasses in the store and my brother returned to grab them about 10 minutes later and they had them saved behind the counter and remembered my brother so they handed them right to him. 5/5 stars, never had a...
