Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

I was feeling lazy tonight so I grabbed some coupons and drove out to this location. I've just moved to the area so I looked up the closest BK near me. At first i was hesitant because there was so many negative reviews but I figured you couldn't really mess up fast food that much. However I began to worry when I saw that they were having people pull up after paying for their orders only to get their food a minute later. And sure enough the same thing happened to me but since it wasnt too much of an issue I didn't mind that much.

The food was a different story however. The coke I got was extremely flat and tasted slightly minty? ( after a couple sips I was too sketched out to drink any more). The coupon I had was for a 2 double bacon cheeseburger meal. When I opened my first burger I realized that they had forgotten my bacon. Distraught, i looked at my other burger only to realize that not only did they forget the bacon but they had only given me one patty.

I'm typically a very laid back person and in fact this is the very first review I've ever felt inclined enough to write. I chose to over look what others had said and paid the price. This is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had and I still can't believe they made me wait only to get my order completely wrong. There's another BK 3 miles from this one and I for one plan on going those extra miles just to avoid this restaurant again and I suggest you...

A friend and I walked in on last Sat afternoon. There was no one in line so I proceeded to the counter. Workers behind the counter walked back and forth in front of me with no one wanting to wait on me. (It may have been racially motivated) We waited for what seemed to be several minutes when I saw a manager in a white shirt just outside the side door to the dining room. He kept on talking to others outside the door and ignored us also. I finally saw a young lady who looked like she may have come around the corner in back to wait on us. She proceeded to talk to others. At this point I leaned over the counter and said "Maybe the lady at the drive through will take care of us!!". She just continued and ignored us. I finally turned to my friend with me and said loud enough to be heard by the 10 patrons nearby, "The people that work here are just plain RUDE!! Come on, we're going somewhere else". I ended up driving 5 miles to a Hardies. We did not even step all the way in the door way when the man behind the counter called out "Welcome to Hardies! How can I help you today?" I will of course never return to this Burger King again and will tell everyone of my bad experience. I thought that all people are treated equally. I guess not in today's...

I ordered a BBQ 🐔 sandwich with 🍟 and a sweet tea. I went thru the drive thru which was fairly quick, however, I was incredibly disappointed when I got home and began eating My 🍟 were semi- cold (& I'm only a 2-3 minute drive away) and also had an "old grease" taste & color to them🤮. I absolutely believe they were using old frying oil for a variety of food items and reused it many many times without changing it!! I'm not saying I believe it sat for days and days, however, In my opinion and according to the taste, it definitely was used that entire day and most definitely NEEDED to be tossed and replaced- possibly hours before preparing my order! Other than the small-dime sized squirt of BBQ sauce on the bun, The chicken sandwich was tasteless. I've had a few competitors BBQ chicken/burger sandwiches recently which were All delicious! Unfortunately, the promotional period for this particular sandwich ended elsewhere leaving Burger King as the only option within 5 miles of me .
