Absolutely terrible! I decided to go through the pick up window and when I got to the menu to place my order I sat there for a few minutes before I even got the "what you want to order?" I still proceeded nicely with my order, I ordered two combos and each time they were out of something, so she kept saying "we ain't got dat" - I couldn't even tell her what I wanted for my second combo before she blurted out the total for my first combo, after I was able to complete my order she once again, only blurted my total in her negative and rude attitude. I get to the window and she stands there waiting for my payment, I handed it to her and she gave me our drinks covered in soda and then handed my change back so fast half of it fell to the ground. I asked her for two types of sauces and she said her favorite saying again, "we ain't got dat" so I asked for a third and she repeated her favorite line. So I just said "can I actually have my money back please?" And instead of trying to make anything better she just yelled out to somebody "SHE WANT HER MONEY BACK CUZ WE AINT GOT NO SAUCE!" Her ever so unpleasant manager came to the window and asked me if I wanted hot sauce and I told him no thank you that I specifically come for certain items and handed him my receipt followed by putting the two drinks back in the window. While he was on the computer getting my refund, the rude teenager who took my order was behind him with her hands on her hips, rolling her eyes, hollering out to her fellow Popeye's friends about how I wanted a refund because "we ain't got no ranch" (which isn't even one of the three sauces I asked for by the way). When the manager handed my refund to me I tried to cup the change (which once again fell to the ground) and he rudely said "you ain't gotta jerk it out my hand but have a good day anyway" - I said thank you sweetheart and pulled off.
I don't know who hires these people and why they were so mad at the world, but I do know that this experience could have gone a completely different direction. If the girl who took my order didn't have such a disgusting attitude and had manners I would have been more than happy to deal with them being out of everything- but she blew it. If Popeyes can't find any good hires then they need to put her in the back of the house far away from being able to talk to or see customers because she is such a nasty, rude little girl. I feel bad for her because she isn't going to get anywhere in life with her attitude and definitely not with her grammar choices !

Read moreThe worst dining experience I have had. The manager of the location, L. Nimrod, was the worst, and seemed to have no sense of what professionalism, nor customer service means. When we first entered, he did not welcome us, but instead yelled that they didn't sell any chicken sandwiches. I overlooked his rudeness and preceded to order our meals. Another African-American female entered and he yelled at her also. I saw the same displeasure in her face in reaction to this. She addressed the behavior also. Upon receiving my order, one of the employees, Crystal, was kind enough to walk to our table and give us our food. The manager then yelled for her to stop, and said she shouldn't do that and instead should just yell out the order. He then yelled for us to come pick up our food. He was so unprofessional and rude. As a customer, I saw Ms. Crystal's act as kind and an example of good customer service and going above to ensure customer satisfaction. He then yelled at his employees that they must tell everyone that the chicken sandwich will no longer be available. After stating such, two caucasian customers entered separately. He greeted them politely, and did not yell to them, nor mention to them that the chicken sandwiches were out. Why did he feel the desire to address the African-Americans with rudeness, but treat the Caucasian customers with the respect that all the customers should recieve? His behavior was not an example of positive leadership, but poor management and poor interpersonal skills. He berated his employees in the presence of customers, and was very demeaning and belittling. And when an employee spoke up for himself about the maltreatment, he threatened him with loss of employment and told him to clock out. How is it that one can speak and behave rudely, prejudicially, but when they hear from others how rude they are being, they throw their title around as if they are entitled? Read moreI was able to place an order on the mobile app. I get there 8mins later and the I believe manager Carl was really rude. After waiting 30mins in the drive thru. I finally get to the speaker and advise Carl of the name for the order. He said very rude, unwelcoming, and rushed. “IM NOT DOING NOMORE MOBILE ORDERS FOR THE NIGHT GOODNIGHT. So I advised I already paid and it says in the works. But before I could get my sentence out Carl said okay I’m not doing anymore mobile orders tonight and loudly said GOODNIGHT. So I wait 10 more minutes to get to thru window to show my phone and advise the money is already taken out of my account and it says in the works. And he said well I don’t have any mobile orders and I’m not doing anymore have a goodnight. Without giving me any information about the money spent. So I sat there until he came back to the windows with the nasty attitude and days didn’t I tell you I’m not doing nomore mobile orders tonight. I said okay but could you at least refund me. He said it’ll be refunded tomorrow. And proceeded to say why even do a mobile order when you can just come to the drive thru. I didn’t understand that because the mobile app is promoted daily to use. Sadly to say I’ve had multiple problems at this Popeyes. Food wrong, cold, wrong order. On the last occurrence the manager I don’t remember his name apologized and expressed he’s trying to get his staff on the same page. I haven’t been back in a while a month to be exact. This Popeyes is 7 mins from my house but I’ve been going to one 13 mins from my home because of this same stuff. Carl is very rude. And because of him I won’t be back.
