BOOM-SHACKA-LACKA-LACKA- BOOM!!! If you want EXCELLENT COFFEE & CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is the spot! If there is ever an issue, I let the employees know and they handle it immediately...I am not affiliated with Beansters, but I love there whole experience.

So I've been going to Beansters EVERY DAY (!) for many many months, sometimes even twice in 1 day; I always order the same thing- my usual, xtra large blended mocha with chocolate whipped cream; the employees see me and I don't need to order, they know what I'm having. I used to get a free one after x number of drinks; they used to give me "my usual" for my free one, then things began to change ... instead of xtra large they would give me a medium. It seems as they become more popular, quality & customer service are compromised.... they get the order incorrect & they used to fix it immediately, now incorrect drink & they will give me a discount on next drink, this logic is flawed. So they mess it up & I can pay more money for (@ a discount) & maybe or not get what I ordered ....hmmm. I used to go every day, but it's time to move along, they are too big for me. Good...

I’ve been coming out here for 17 years to work at the hospital. Saturday April 19th was the first time I’ve ever had to dissatisfactory service. I came around 6:45 AM for a breakfast sandwich, a small salad , tea latte and coffee. Got my order drove to the hospital and clocked in. Wasn’t able to check everything right away. But around 8 o’clock when I looked at everything, my breakfast sandwich was lacking the egg. And the small salad that I ordered was barely halfway full in the container. It was more like a quarter of the way full. Just a forewarning, maybe just don’t go during the weekends in the early morning. During the weekdays, I’ve never really had any issue. I’ve gotten a small salad before that was so full in the container and so delicious. Which is why I’m surprised at the service I received recently . the fact that it’s a holiday weekend may have something to do with it as well. Really disappointed. I tipped with payment and really didn’t get the quality...

I took my mom here for coffee and breakfast. The coffee was made perfectly and the sandwich was large, and fresh, on a fluffy Croissant. They are a locally owned place joined with a pizza joint. They have a drive thru, and some seating inside, some couches and comfy chairs. This is great for a ladies morning out or a quick drive thru coffee or breakfast run. They also have lunch sandwichs, salads, a few sweets, and lots of drink options. From coffee, espresso, Sodas, smoothies, etc. I am also really impressed with how social and friendly the employees were. This is a great little local shop, I will choose them over Starbucks anyway, and comparable in price to...
