Sub par experience here. I've been a regular customer at this location in my neighborhood for twelve years. The last two times I've been there the staff was more concerned with sweeping the floor than taking care of multiple customers waiting on line. Last visit when I respectfully asked that one employee shift his attention from the sweeping to helping customers, he told "you'll have to wait". I told him "no I don't" & left.
It's been a few months since I've been there & I stopped for coffee tonight, same deal. When the guy finally stopped sweeping & came to the counter, he never even washed his hands before servicing guests. I wondered if they use that broom & dust pan when they clean the restrooms. Between that & the flies buzzing around the donut display I was grossed out. I figured I'd probably survive a simple black coffee, but It did not taste right. I returned it was given another coffee which tasted the same. I could not even finish it as I was concerned it might be contaminated with urn cleaner or something.
Why pay more to be treated disrespectfully & receive inconsistent product when 7/11 is 100 feet away?
Ownership should take a close look at how they are represented here.

On the weekend, I ordered a coffee, a donut, and Munchkins through the mobile app. I got my coffee, but I waited over 10 minutes for the donut. When I asked about it, the staff didn’t even bother to check my receipt and just asked what I had ordered. The same thing happened today. I went in before 3 PM, and there were no other customers. There were two women working—one of them made my coffee right away. But the other woman, who had asked me what I ordered last time, took my order and immediately took the next customer’s order. They seemed pretty close. After finishing with the orders, she started making the other customer’s sandwich. I stood there awkwardly, and she kept glancing at me with a look like, “Why are you still standing there?” When I said I was waiting for my donut, she asked again, “What did you order?” In the end, they gave me the wrong item, and I had to exchange it. Read moreVery hit or miss with this Dunkin. Their problem seems to stem from one manager who is always combative and appears bothered to be working. First problem was when my macchiato was made as a latte; when I complained, I was told that I was wrong ... I have never had this problem at any other Dunkin, and you can tell visually when it's wrong. Today, I placed an order on the app, have the confirmation, and was told that they won't make it because the receipt didn't print on their end. He was argumentative and accusatory, and the female staff member working was equally as negative, and they refused to try to rectify the situation.
