If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order at work with my coworkers at 11:43 am. Waited over an hr and called them at 1pm. Spoke to 2 men and a lady. The first guy didn't really speak English, so he asked the next guy to speak, but I guess he didn't speak English well either. Finally he asked a female to speak and she understood the most and told me they didn't receive my order if I wanted to put it in again and I told them I would call back after I asked my other coworkers if they wanted to still order because at that point we were starving.
Asked my coworkers and only 1 wanted to order still. I call back to place the order and now another lady picks up that doesn't speak a lick of English basically besides "order online". Cuts me off and repeats herself. I told her "I want to place an order" and she started yelling at me "no, order online " repeatedly. I'm like ok, can I speak to someone else that speaks English "habla ingles con chica" and she said "no, order online " and hangs up on me.
This is what happens when I try to support a mom and pop store instead of sticking to Noches de Colombia. I ended up eating pretzels thanks to this rude and unprofessional establishment.
Sebas - if you read this then you know where I work and I will let all my coworkers know my horrible experience and to not support such disrespectful...

I ordered a typical Dominican breakfast (mangu, cheese, salami, and eggs)and and my mother, scrambled eggs with veggies and cheese on bread along with 2 café con leches. My mother’s order tasted delicious while my mangu tasted weird. When we received our cafe con leche we noticed they came in copper cups which are specifically for cold drinks. You can burn your lips since it is not for hot drinks. When they cooled down they tasted very watered down and when we asked about it the waitress admitted that the machine wasn’t working. Just wished she told us before serving us coffee. My mother is not picky but she wouldn’t...
Read moreMy husband went in looking for chicken soup. I made sure to remind him that he needed to ask if it chicken meat or if they included other parts of the chicken inside. I am hispanic and we all make soups in different ways. Of course the lady told him it was chicken meat. When we opened the soup it appeared to be chicken guts and small pieces of chicken meat mainly veggies and guts. We were charged $15 for chicken guts. I’ve never had any issues here but over all I think they should specify in there menu if a soup is going to contain anything other than chicken meat inside. Not everyone enjoys the texture of stomach or whatever other organs...
