Jade Lee — Restaurant in Ridgefield Park

I have been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time , after tonight I will never order from there again! They tried to charge me an extra $10 for absolutely nothing. They kept calling me back trying to explain the charge that they could absolutely not explain. I told them I would not pay an extra $10, they sent the man anyway with the food charged to my account and I am extremely upset! When I do order, I ordered the same thing so I know what the price is. Do I look like I just fell off the turnip truck! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have, unfortunately that is not an option. They should have done something to make this right. I plan to inform everyone I know to never order from them again! I will call Sparta, they always get it right. You should be ashamed...

New in area, first visit here. Will update if things change. Ordered takeout. Egg Foo Yung with no onions because I have an allergy. Many places outright refuse that order. Jade Lee did it, and did it well. Average number of shrimp. Nice thick gravy with good flavor. Also Ordered a small chix w veggies. It was huge! Ingredients tasted fresh. I've eaten here a bunch for takeout the past few years I've lived in Ridgefield Park. The food has always been hot and fresh. It's never given me tummy issues (which can be a risk with places that handle a lot of meat, sauces, and cook with oil). I've always been helped quickly and courteously and have never had an issue with my food.
