Register is quick to take your order ($$$) but slow to deliver your requests. During my visit, I witnessed a lady complaining about her order as I waited in line for my time to order. The lady ordered and then requested a refund and was denied a refund because the owner argued he’s tired of people asking for their money back and he’s simply not giving any refunds back. If there’s that many people asking for their money back then clearly you have a problem. I ordered something simple (coffee) and quick (a donut) to avoid any issues. I gave them a star because of the lack of people skills. I’m sure they could do a better job by explaining that perhaps they are short of staff and instead of worrying about taking ($) have the staff person taking orders help out the rest so there’s a better flow. Worst experience ever. Last week I was leaving to jfk airport, on my way I decided to place a mobile app order thinking by the time I get the at 5am it will be ready. When I showed up to Dunkin the lights were partially off . I walked in and the guy seemed to have a surprised look on his face and tries to blame me for placing a mobile order and that they just opened. They have nothing ready and I would have wait until they make bagels and coffee. When I realized there was no way on getting my order any time soon I asked him for my money back and he is trying to refer me to an 800 number. It was the most frustrating morning. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Place was empty when I came in and ordered a simple simple order. This was 15 minutes ago. Poor guy that just walked in has been waiting to be helped for the last 10 minutes... when I finally received my egg and cheese wrap... it was a piece of card board with an egg outside of it... and cheese was ice cold... he didn’t even say a word just threw it at me
