Gong Cha — Restaurant in Ridgefield

You craving bubble tea? If not, how about another specialty drink? Gong Cha has great drink options. Ranging from various bubble tea, fruit drinks, Yakult and more.

Since opening and we've been to this Hmart many times, we meant to check out this Gong Cha location once we were ready to crave some tea drinks.

Ordered a dirty brown sugar, large, 30% brown sugar and light ice. Then a Lychee Oolong, coconut jelly, large, 30% sugar and light ice.

The individual at the front was friendly, all payment is accepted. If you are a rewards member, you can type in once you pay with your card. This location is connected to the Hmart supermarket, and there is plenty of parking available. You can either grocery shop and walk around the stores until you stop by Gong Cha. Or you can view it from outside and go straight to the store.

When we get bubble tea, we often ask less ice, no sugar. If the location can do the closest amount to what you desire, it's okay too. Better to taste the drink without all the additives.

It's always great drink options at Gong Cha, can't go wrong with it.

P.S. By accident, I completely forgot to add my toppings with tapioca balls to my dirty brown sugar bubble tea. It still tasted...

I recently stopped by Gong Cha in Ridgefield, NJ, and I have to say, come if you love Boba!!! The shop was clean, bright, and had a welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and super helpful, even suggesting a few popular drinks when I was indecisive. I ended up trying the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, and it was absolutely delicious perfectly balanced sweetness and the Boba had just the right amount of chewiness. I appreciated how quickly they prepared my drink, even though the place was fairly busy. Great drinks and friendly service, but I couldn’t help but feel bad for the one staff member working the entire shift by herself. She was handling everything—taking orders, making drinks, and managing the rush—all while staying polite and efficient. As someone who works in HR, I know how important proper staffing is for both employee well-being and customer experience.
