I’ve been doing aerobics here for almost a year, and I’m amazed that I can now jump and move for a full hour. Time flies by as we sweat together and cheer each other on with energy and enthusiasm. I’ve always been stiff and wasn’t good at stretching or muscle exercises, but after consistently doing aerobics for a year, I can feel my body becoming more flexible and areas that were tight are loosening up. This class combines Aerobics and dance workout moves eith fun, upbeat Korean songs for the best workout. You always leave class with a sweat, but at the same time, feeling like you didn't even work out because it was so much fun!

The Instructor is amazing at teaching moves to new dances and there are also long time class attendees up front to follow, that know every move by heart.
