Food is usually good however every time that night crew from Thursday June 10, 2021 works. Something is usually wrong. One time that same crew closed the store early after asking me what I’m ordering. This time, that same crew, gave us old hard fries, they over seasoned the burgers, and they didn’t upside the stuff to medium although we were charged for it. We really gotta get out of the habit of hiring the wrong people and allowing the wrong people to earn the money someone in need LEGITIMATELY can earn for doing their job RIGHT. I just wonder why is it always the riff-raff who keep good jobs while the ones who actually CARE lose them. Sorry to venture off topic but some people need a dose of reality so they can do better at their NEXT job cause I don’t think they gone be there long with their performance so far. However the Day crew is what saved this review. They are AMAZING, with great customer service. Read moreThis is a very very nice location. I love the seating area with comfortable chairs. The young lady who took my order never spoke and wasn’t very friendly. I was there around 10am, 11/11 for Veterans Day. I ordered the Bacon croissant meal as I rarely visit fast food restaurants. But it looked tasty!
After ordering I walked away from counter. I waited about 5 minutes or longer for order although I was the only one who placed an order inside. The young lady who took my order did ask if I needed jelly. She also made a remark to another employee that the customers in drive through had been very rude; jerking bag from hand etc. Maybe this is why she behaved in unfriendly way towards me but another customers behavior has absolutely nothing to do with me!

It seems like the management team could benefit from enhanced leadership skills. Unfortunately, it feels like this is not an isolated incident but rather a common theme. If management continues to operate at this level, it raises questions about the accountability of district managers and upper management. They need to take a closer look at the problems within their stores instead of turning a blind eye.
