Starbucks — Restaurant in Ridgewood

I was at this location for about three hours working and out of the blue a barista walked up to me and asked me did I want her to make me something to drink. I wondered why I received table service and so I asked her why was she asking and she proceeded to say, "you've been here all day and haven't ordered anything to drink." I explained that I didn't want anything to drink, but reminded her that earlier I ordered food for my daughter and I. I was unaware that there is a time limit or an order limit. Possibly not to appear racist, they sent an African American female to my table. I knew she was sent by management, considering after I declined her "special" offer, she walked into the ladies room and shortly thereafter, she went on break. I felt disrespected. Over $6 for a grande latte .. I ordered a salted caramel latte, and the said they didn’t have that so suggested a mocha and toffee mix. I said that was fine but one one pump of syrup each for a total of two, no whip cream or extra drizzle. She handed the drink before she rang it up and I almost dropped my coffee the same time I dropped my jaw. $6+ 🤑🤭 .. I asked why is it so much more than normal. And she apologized and said she had to ring it up that way since that drink didn’t exist and that it’s more money. Normally in a grande latte there are 4 pumps of syrup. And I had only asked for 2 .. so I couldn’t understand why, not only are they charging for 4 pumps , but also extra. I paid and said I’ll never be back to this location. I stopped here at this location real quick on my way to the airport. The drinks were made in a timely manner. The inside was extremely clean and well maintained the bathrooms were also very clean. The drink I ordered tasted delicious and must have been made exactly as it should be. My pastry was nice and hot and both the drink and pastry came out together which I really like. At a lot of locations you have to wait so long to get both that the pastry is cold by then or you drink most of your drink. The staff is also...
