So one of my clients requested that we include some catered wraps, bagels, salads and hoagies to our already established menu but since we don't specialize in some of these offerings, we decided to outsource it! One of my clients recommended Paramus Bagels & Deli in Paramus, NJ for their large selection, and oh boy am I glad we did! Reputation is everything and this family-owned business provided not only the best sandwiches that looked and tasted amazing but their establishment is clean, organized and the customer service is impeccable! Lu the owner that took my order even spent over 30 min on the phone with me figuring out what was the best catering packages for my client! Who in this busy world does that anymore! Pricing is also very fair and competitively priced considering the inflation and high prices!

People that leave a bad feedback for stupid and petty reasons are completely dunmbasses and inconsiderate as they dont understand the devastating effects it can do to your business! As I business owner for over 15 years, I understand! When I picked up my trays of food , they walked me to the back kitchen and was it spotless, I could have eaten off the floor it was that clean!

Bottom line...dont and I mean don't, hesitate to cater your next event with them, you won't be disappointed but if you just want to walk in and grab something off their menu, you won't be disappointed in that either! Awesome to see this great quality caterers in a world that's hit or miss in...

We were passing through from the Adirondacks back down to Florida and I was determined to stop and grab a couple dozen bagels, because what passes for a bagel in Florida is disgusting trash. I have resorted myself to making my own bagels right down to boiling in the lye, it's the only way to get a decent bagel.

When we went in the shop and explained this, the entire staff came out to listen to our bagel woes and immediately understood the assignment. It was late in the day and the stock wasn't at its highest but we made it work. They scrambled around and pulled bagels from everywhere they could to ensure that we had as many of their beautiful bagels as possible to take on our trip. We were incredibly grateful and it was honestly the highlight of our day.

The bagels themselves were heaven sent and truly the best I have ever had, easily beating out even my own homemade ones. I could probably live on these bagels for the rest of my life and never get tired of them. The homemade cream cheese was also excellent and I'm glad I got a nice sized tub of that to take home as well.

I will never forget this place and the way their staff touched my heart today. They were shining examples of the best of humanity.

I visited this deli today to pick up an egg sandwich, and I noticed that the price I was charged didn’t match what I expected. When I mentioned it, I was only offered $1 back, which didn’t seem to cover the full difference. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced an issue—I realized after a previous visit that I was charged more than I anticipated, but I was in a rush and couldn’t address it at the time.

This deli used to be my go-to spot, but lately, it feels like things have changed, especially since Grace is no longer there. I’ve noticed a decline in both service and consistency, and unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
