I unfortunately have had, and continue to have a terrible time with this company. I purchased several thousand dollars worth of equipment in November of 2020. Albeit, due to COVID and demand, I understand there was a delay in delivery until March. I was made aware at time of delivery that1 item was back ordered and would be contacted once in stock. Several calls and emails to Kenneth G went unreturned. It is now nearly 8 months later, July 2021 when I received a response that the item is in store and available for pickup. I ordered a bench press in addition to the other items, nothing custom; I should not have to be hunting them down to receive delivery on and item that was already paid for. Because there is no direct store number, the only contact I had was the salesman who claims to be a manager when I asked that my complaint be escalated to a senior, with which the requested information was not provided. Read moreVery disappointing. Very bad experience. My order was more than $10K. But it looks like no one cared. Very Bad service. I have been waiting for few weeks. They only delivered a treadmill. I had to call so many times to the stores to have them arrange the delivery. No one called to follow up if I received the treadmill and bicycle yet. Their delivery company did not call me for few weeks. The store kept on saying their delivery company will call. But no one followed up. Finally they delivered few weeks after I bought that treadmill. And they missed one item which they still did not deliver. It had been more than 1 1/2 month already. I still did not receive the 2nd item, matrix bicyle. No one called to explain why and advise when they can deliver. Most likely I have to call to cancel this item. Very bad experience. Read moreThis past January (2021) I received a sizable gift from my Mother for Christmas that included elastic pull bands, and a Hoist Work out Bench. My mother was excited to give it to me, but when Christmas came around it seemed as though the size and functionality of the bench is not what I was looking for. Because the holidays are hectic, I didn’t get a chance until after the mew year to visit the Paramus location to discuss store credit so that I could get what I wanted. Not only was I met with little to no options, but they do not provide even store credit. To make things even better the representative was short with his responses, unapologetic, and advised me that they have a two week return policy. So when I asked why he sold my Mother a gift (purchased more than two Weeks prior to Christmas) that would not be returned if I didn’t end up liking it he just shrugged.
