Emilio's Pizza — Restaurant in Ridley Township

I didn't even order from them but this is still worth a review! I googled the wrong place, started to place my order and she said what town and I told her. She asked again and I told her again and was like "I'm right down the road from you." Anyway, no I'm not. I'm an hour and a half away and I accidentally wasted about ten minutes of this ladies time during her busiest hours and she was so nice about it! The people who answer the phone here are awesome! I can say that much! When I'm up that way I will definitely stop in now! (And probably not admit that I'm the girl on the phone that was so sure of herself! Lol! Let's blame...

I’ve been ordering from here since we moved to Ridley Township in 2018. Emilio’s always consistently delivers delicious pizza every time!!! Emilio’s pizza is amazing with delicious savory sauce (not the sweet sauce), quality ingredients, food is always fresh and made with care and love!!! Best of all, Emilio is an all around wholesome, honest, hardworking, humble, and humorous character. He is beyond friendly and talks to every local who enters his pizza shop! Emilio is a very amicable and charismatic individual and makes you feel like you’re a part of the family! I am so lucky to live near a mom and pop pizza shop...

So I just called to place an order... 5:27pm 1/27/2024 the girl that answered the phone.. who sounded like she was barely alive didn't even take my order as she was stuck on my address. On the 5th try of saying my address and her still being confused I gave up and said it's OK I'll call someone else. Her response? Good! I've heard so many good things about this pizza my teen sons have 6 friends over. But with an attitude like that... I'm not even willing to give it another go. I'm good spending my money where customer service...
