Apetidos Pizza — Restaurant in Ridley Township

Don't do it!!!!! My order arrived a complete mess. My bag was soaked and the contents were all over. The food was inedible. I called the restaurant and got a very rude man who refused my request for a refund since I couldn't eat the food. Instead he offered to send another order which I would have to wait for again. When I said I couldn't wait he told me there was nothing he could do for me because he made the food. Look at it!!!!!!! I tracked some of the mess to this post. I'll spare you the graphic ones that make you want to puke. Regardless of wether or not you made it, It's not acceptable! Instead of helping me and listening to my concerns after I offered to show him and send pictures of what it looked like he still told me there was nothing he could do. I called the online place I ordered from (slice) and the nice woman called the restaurant to try and help me. She also said she was treated very rudely and the restaurant refused a full refund. So slice gave me my money back anyway because I sent them the photos. Thank you to slice for true customer support

I placed an order on doordash and waited over an hour for an update, doordash’s tracker said my order hadn’t left the restaurant. i called to check on it and was told it was delivered, that they had called my phone with no answer (i did not receive any phone calls or messages) and that they had rung the doorbell and knocked. the door was open so only a glass door was closed, and my dad was sitting in a room 10 feet away and he heard nothing. when i called the person whom i spoke to seemed to brush me off and kept insisting i was wrong, eventually she reads off the wrong phone number so i assumed that was the end of it, only to have my correct phone number be on the order slip. so, ordering doordash from this place is not something i would recommend. however, the pizza was flavorful and...

i would give zero stars if i could. they sent me the wrong order TWICE. when i ordered the first time i said explicitly i was allergic to tomato sauce, then they sent me another one with one kind of meat (it was SUPPOSED to be an italian meat stromboli). when i called back the first time the lady on the phone said she “cut it herself” but when i told her it didn’t even come cut she HUNG UP ON ME, then when i called back a second time the manager said “i dont know what to tell you”.
