The below review was done a few years ago. After today I am disappointed. Long story short, I ordered a frosted coffee w whipped cream through the drive thru. The girl rang me up for a frosted lemonade w whipped cream. When I got to the drive thru window/door the girl brought me the frosted lemonade. I explained that wasn't what I ordered about 3 times & she was trying to make me take the Lemonade! I ordered coffee not lemonade! After telling me, "it was already made & oh well they made a lemonade"... I said to her if I wanted lemonade I would have ordered lemonade! I wanted coffee! I'm tired I needed coffee! She huffed & puffed & walked off! After & during the transaction, not once did she apologize for the mistake or offer to fix the problem & I never heard my pleasure! Now, I'm not a stickler w that... I honestly don't care. But a smile or welcoming attitude. makes all the difference. She had neither! Over the past year or more the service & food has gone down hill. Service especially. I'm disappointed especially when prices are what they are. You expect good food & service. I don't know if I'll go back. Springfield isn't any better. Attitudes are awful! Today it was their mistake not mine. I had a reward for a free frosted coffee & it was put in wrong. Their attitudes should have been apologetic & accommodating.
The nicest crew at any Chick Fil A! Always accommodating! Great personalities & attitudes! Food is always done well & the place is clean! Fries need to be salted more but other than that...

However this specific day and morning, made me never want to come back and to try to get in touch with corporate with How my experience went after the completion of this review. They are not answering so I will leave this here for everyone to see. We work for healthcare/ambulance and our Vehicle is a bus for the elderly which is too big... However prior weeks of coming ,we ordered from the window due to slow customers with no problems. Today the young lady told me upon approach that she cannot take orders. Upon telling her we've been doing this for awhile, she rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and went to her co-worker to confirm. The Brown haired gentleman said we'd have to go to the speakerbox. So we did and they completely ignored us. No one was talking and the janitor was also lost and went inside to confront them... Only to then come out and never approach us again. Then another vehicle approached and they immediate took their order through the speaker. Most will assume this is a Racism considering we were both African Americans, but I will be professional and just receive this as horrible and disrespectful experience and I will pass this along those who read this, and my company as well as everyone...
Read moreI picked up trays of chicken nuggets and chicken strips for our Christmas Eve gathering. I was very pleased with the manner in which the customer foot traffic was handled in the restaurant. I was greeted at the door and since I was picking up, I was directed to a young lady who was handling pickup orders. I provided her with the pertinent details of our order, she found the order in the computer, verified what had been ordered and upon confirmation, I paid my bill. Within a couple minutes I had my order and was out the door and heading home. The staff was handling people with eat in lunch orders and pickup orders and the place was running like clockwork. A great job was being done by all involved. Outside, the restaurant was encircled by cars with customers placing drive thru orders. The line was moving continuously. The preparation, distribution, sale and delivery of chicken to the customers at this location was a thing of beauty. The management and staff are to be commended for the manner in which they handled the holiday crowd with apparent ease. I fully realize that when something like this, is made to look outwardly easy, it's because the management and staff have worked hard, behind the scenes, to insure a smooth operation.
