I go to this Wendy’s quite often since I enjoy the food and it’s quick and easy. Often I go here either during my lunch break or for dinner sometimes. I find that often times during the day there’s not to much of a wait however the evenings it does tend to get busier and unfortunately when there is a rush at this location I do find that more errors tend to occur, as well as sometimes there being problems with the kiosk machines occasionally glitching or having problems processing transactions. Most recently when I came in to this Wendy’s for a quick evening meal, I placed my order on a kiosk and sat down, I patiently waited and had noticed that on the front monitor it said my order was ready so walked up and didn’t see an order ready yet so I stood for a moment then figured maybe they put it up early seeing as they hadn’t verbally called out the name of the order so I sat back down and waited, suddenly I noticed my order name wasn’t even on the screen anymore a few moments later an employee asked if was missing an order, I told her I was and asked if it ••••, I said no that’s not mine then she casually went back to the front counter, and at that point waited around for another couple of minutes and decided screw it and left. To avoid this situation repeating itself I would suggest closer attention to orders and customer care as well as either having the employee handling the order make sure that the right customer is getting the correct order when the order is called and/or having a way to a form of digital receipt when using a kiosk to order food. As well as having at least one staff member pay close attention to the dining area and checking up on customers especially if someone come in and looks like they have been waiting for an extended...
Read moreIt's a shame I cant give this Wendy's a lower rating. For the last 6 months, I've gone to this Wendy's almost 2 times a week. You would think that they would have been able to get at least one of my orders correct within that amount of time. However every time I go, they always miss something in my order, now i could look past that if the service was great, or even good. Not only does this Wendy's have an issue with getting the most trivial orders correct, but they aren't enthusiastic about their work, they dont care about making you feel welcome, and overall just one of the worst places I've been in terms of attitude of employees. I continue to go back because I used to work at this Wendy's, it used to be the best one in the valley. But since the Manager RAY starnes left, it's become not only the worst Wendy's in the valley, but the worst restaurant overall. This Wendy's just underwent a remodel of the interior, I believe the next step to getting this Wendy's back on track is a complete remodel of the staff. I know its harsh, but some people should definately be fired for their performance. If you want to save yourself some time and a headache, dont visit this establishment. Read moreI have been to this Wendy's multiple times and the last 2 times I was there, the employees were extremely distracted. I know alot of these employees are high school and middle school kids, but I decided to go inside and order because the drive thru was packed. When I stepped foot inside the restaurant, every employee was standing in the lobby almost in a circle chatting and laughing.
I started to walk towards the counter and saw no employees in the kitchen and a line around the drive thru. Once they noticed me, they scrambled back to the kitchen but still took about 6 minutes for them to place my order.
I waited for almost 20 minutes after placing my order before I got it. The employees were messing around and joking in the kitchen as if no one was there and I contribute that to the time in which it took to get my order.
I understand have little pow wow moments and pep talks are needed and most of these kids are still in middle or highschool,but in my opinion it is EXTREMELY frustrating when there are people waiting around the building for food or orders handed out and to witness what I did inside the lobby.
