Read moreSo beautiful and very delicious, but our server Tuesday night was so rude. We ordered multiple rounds of drinks and an app and one entree across four people, bill was like 100$. Shots came out tiny in plastic cups, it was 8:30. Our server was obviously upset after we stated we weren’t getting individual entrees, which whatever, I get it , I am a server at a very similarly sized restaurant, but 100$ is still a pretty good tab to tip on. We wanted to split the tab, not down the middle but between 2 couples and he had me write it all out for him, and basically split the check myself for him. I’ve had 10-15 tops all ask for separate checks, and obliged because it’s the service industry. A 2 split is extremely easy. He told me he was “super busy” despite only the patio section of the restaurant being full, about 8 tables. He seemed burnt out but as a server, you should recognize when you’re burnt out is effecting your service. Would normally never leave a sassy review but I always try to go out of my way to give my servers a good experience, as a fellow server, but this dude made it...
Read moreI went today, because I read about the place on Tripadvisor (4.7). The place is beachfront and breezey, but that's where it ends. They take too long to sit you down, and it wasnt even packed. It took aprox 20 mins to receive my menu ...for beverages only. Then finally 25 mins later they take my order for coffee and juice. The coffee was COLD. When we requested that they re-heat it, they took it back and only added more warm coffee. When I spoke w the hostess she claims " esa es la queja q siempre tenemos con los puertorriquenos...el cafe frio. Aqui no tenemos microhondas o nada para calentar la leche". So, long story short... this place just caters to tourists and non-local people serving them cold coffee and overpriced "bougey" food. After leaving we ended up at Rincon Bakery... they had EXCELLENT hot coffee and their food was brought quick and at...
