Location: location is not pretty convenient if you’re not staying in the hotels/airbnbs right there. The drive in was on a winding one car road. We were luckily no other cars were coming against us because honestly not sure how we would make it work. It was also pitch black until you reach it with only slight moments of light from a gas station or store. I wouldn’t go at night if you’re not a confident driver. I believe this place is part of the hotel that’s across the street so people were coming by walking.

Food/price: food was good. Nothing to write home about but it was good. Very American food, burgers and whatnot. Price a little overpriced, especially their drinks. I got the jalepeno margarita for $12 and let me tell you, it did not taste like a margarita, it was strong, and was shrewd in those small water cups. Not worth the price at all and barely had any flavor. I have noticed though that the drinks in PR are not similar to the drinks in the states. Not made the same at all and not as tasty, but they will mess you up if you’re looking for strong.

Atmosphere: very American.. yt… but they did have live music with a musician playing the guitar and singing very well. Servers nice enough, but forgot my appetizer until I reminded them after my meal came out. I did see them serving underage kids though.. there was a large group at the table next to us with about 4 young boys ( looking to be around 12-15yrs old) and servers came around with beers offering them personally corona or medalla beers…. Drinking age here is 18 and very odd to see them serving these American young...

This is the beach/surfer bar I always dreamed of but never found until now. Completely open air, friendly staff, super casual atmosphere (no shoes, no shirt, no problem - but don't expect to hear Kenny) and the most fabulous food and drinks. We have eaten here 3 times since we have been in Rincon. Last night, I thoroughly enjoyed one of the grilled plates, chicken. I really expected the breast to be dry, but it was anything but that. Tender, juicy, and deliciously flavored. Rice done to perfection with a side of beans. Also, I got a side Caesar. Whatever you do, make sure you get it. They say the cheese is a Pecorino Parmesan, but it is definitely the best I have ever had. My husband had the Rock Bottom burger. 8 oz of Angus beef on a bun with jalapeño, garlic mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Oh, and a side of fries. He was in heaven. Today, for lunch, I had the Pollo Loco sandwich. Again, tender, juicy breast, this time with more spice, pepper jack, ranch, lettuce, and tomato. So good. And the fries, hot, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Finally, dinner tonight: jalapeño poppers followed by wings for him and sliders for me. He got the hot, and he is glad he did not go to volcano. Again, I did the side Ceasar. I haven't even spoken about the drinks. Don't go expecting wine, cosmos, and espresso martinis. Do expect varied rum drinks, along with a couple margaritas, vodka drinks, and Long Island Iced Teas. And, of course, beer. Shout outs to Red, Tim and Lindsey. If you are still reading, you know that we really enjoyed Big Kahuna. Travis would love it if...

Appalling... This establishment is a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. My family is staying right across the street and an employee stopped him earlier in the evening and told him and my cousin they should come listen to the DJ they were having tonight. He decided to walk over to grab a drink and instantly was racially profiled and ask to lift his shirt up and taken to the kitchen to do so. Mind you he is Puerto Rican. (born and raised in the United States) The last time I checked we were in Puerto Rico so sorry he didn't fit the gringo surfer mold. He was thoroughly embarrassed and the fact that your guy called out imperfections from a surgey is even more disgraceful. I must say once again shame on you, the amount of people coming in and no one else was searched and being told things like you're making people uncomfortable. We spent over $300 two nights ago and it will be the last time we will ever step foot in this whole again. Way to go BIG Kahuna, you should be so lucky that he is a hard-working husband and father and didn't cause a problem because this white girl from Jersey would not have...

Numero uno: As a Hispanic American (Puerto Rican) it's one thing to be on the mainland and listen to an Anglo bartender complain to another Anglo about Puerto Ricans and tipping. It's another to be in my homeland/country and listen to it. Here's a tip: Give better service and get a better tip. Numero 2. Yes, all the locals at the top of Centro Puntas (in the hills) get to listen to your DJ's pounding music, instead of the beautiful nature around us. This review has been screenshot. So delete it and I post it again. Buen dia.
