El Palacio Chino — Restaurant in Rincón

Called 3 times with it ringing off the hook, drove all the way there (15 min) before anyone picked up. Made my order. Found parking. They're not accepting any chip based card or NFC payment system. The sign that said no chip looked like it was at least months old. Oh well, I guess only cash here in a town where you can get robbed walking down the street. Thanks for not making note of that before I ordered. I live here, and they would rather throw away the food than get a chip terminal. Don't expect American level operational capacities here in Rincon. It's not even remotely close to San Juan, and that in itself is a huge step down from any suburb...
