The food we ordered was DELICIOSO !!! 👍🏼 They start you off with Pan de casa (house bread) which was really yummy!! A nice light start without having to order apps. (Which myself and my guest did not do because we are actually both on a semglutide shot and cant eat much lol) I had glass of Savagnon blanc and diet coke, (seemed more seltzery than soda, which is bizzare because she poured it from the can at the table lol) He had a corona. I had the 10oz Bacon wrapped filet with a side of roasted potatoes. The filet was cooked perfectly (med well). The bacon wrap (like most places), was too rubbery to eat and there more for added flavor and appeal than anything. But definitely did add flavor. The demi glaze it was served with was very good. More like an au jus. But very tasty with the onions and peppers. The terrace chip accent was a cute interesting lil touch.

He ordered the chicken parm with red sauce as opposed to Alfredo, which was the other option. I thought it was incredible. He basically has the pallet of a 5 yo and wpuld have been happier with rice and beans and chicken nuggets from wendys🤷‍♀️. But as someone who is more of a foodie than not, I thought it was great. A little heavy on the sauce though. Its a very rich recipe and entree to begin with. I suggest the chef serve with a TAD less sauce. But the chicken was well breaded and prepared. The pasta he ordered on the side was a fettuccine as opposed to a spaghetti like he asked for. But again, 5 yo pallete, so he wasn't happy about any of it. The ambiance and environment was pleasant. Music calm and not too loud. Other patrons were quiet and respectful of other diners. Only 2 people at the bar at the time amd 1 family and 1 other couple when we first came in. Servers were nice. Service COULD have been a Smidge quicker based on the volume. We waited about 30 mins for dinner and 20 for the check. Which is not terrible by any means. But for the volume of guests I felt it COULD have been a bit quicker. No biggie and no stars lost for it... She did however just come and swipe away my wine glass before i was finished and could stop her. Lol 🤦🏻‍♀️ She seemed to be a bit rushy. I also just realized she was standing behind me waiting for my friend to pay hovering over us while he was figuring out the money and tip ( tacky and disrespectful for a server to do this while a guest is figuring out tip!) Now, to the reason I did 4 stars opposed to 5. A restaurant should never have scented candles at the table. 🤮 It completely throws off the senses.. Smell, flavor, pallette, and ruins the flavor of the meal. And it is WAYYYY too strong for a restaurant. If they choose to use one, I would maybe suggest 1 at the bar or 1 off to the side or something. But not on EVERY table. (Of which there are approx 18. ) Instead, maybe use the LED candles on the tables. I was tasting vanilla with every bite. 🤮 No Bueno. But to have the entire dining area reaking of vanilla something while eating, was ENTIRELY too overwhelming for dinner. It started giving me a headache within 10 mins of sitting there so i had to blow it out. Overall im happy to recommend this place when you visit or are in the area. The good outweighs the bad ! I just really hope they get rid of the scented...

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. We waited for over 15 minutes just to receive menus and only after we had to ask for them ourselves. The staff blatantly ignored our table, attending to others around us while avoiding eye contact with us altogether.

Our service was handed off between two different waiters (a blonde woman and a tall, middle-aged man), neither of whom showed any courtesy or professionalism. The atmosphere felt downright hostile, and we couldn't help but notice a clear classist or ageist attitude, perhaps because we were the only young couple in the restaurant?

The food was just as disappointing. I ordered a pizzetta I’ve had before, but this time it was made with different ingredients and missing some entirely. It looked and tasted thrown together with no care.

For my main course, I ordered the carbonara, which was advertised as the traditional version. Naturally, I expected the classic Italian preparation, but what I received was a plate of pasta mixed with frozen vegetables like peas, carrots, and onions. That is not traditional carbonara, and nowhere in the menu did it mention vegetables. I barely got through a few bites before giving up.

The lack of consistency in both food and service is unacceptable. If there's a different chef each day, that needs to be addressed consistency is key in any respectable restaurant.

And honestly, it’s unacceptable to treat people poorly just because they’re young or don’t fit a certain profile. You never know who you’re serving, what if I were reviewing your restaurant in disguise? Every guest deserves basic respect and quality service, regardless of appearance or age. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values being treated decently and served good food. If you’re visiting Rincón, please skip this restaurant is not worth your...

Bad food, bad service, would not recommend.

We were recommended the place by a local and I'm not sure if the person came by on a really good day or is friends with the staff because I was not satisfied with the restaurant. We made reservations and were quickly seated. We waited around 10 mins without being given a menu nor asked for any drinks. When they gave us the menu, they then left us for about the same time. At least, by the end, we all knew exactly and all of the food we wanted. They took our order which included the drinks, the soup of the day and the main course. The drinks were pretty good. But they never gave us the soup. At that point, we were all extremely hungry, we had just come from 6+ hours at the beach. Almost 30 mins later for a near empty restaurant and only ordering pizzas (which only take about 20 mins in other places), we were given the pizzas. They weren't cooked properly, in that stasis between cooked and uncooked. Not only that, one of our group doesn't like onions, which we specified to not be in the pizza of that person. And it came with onions. After that got resolved, which really consisted of just taking the onions out from frustration, we just kept eating. More out of hunger than actual liking the food. As we were eating, we also ordered water for the table and they only gave us two cups with the promise of more. We were 5. And we didn't get the cups. Worth to note that during the entire time, we only interacted 3 times with the exception of paying. They didn't attend to us, to make sure that we were fine with the food or the drinks. And the place was near empty. There were only three...

Very glad we had dinner here. Reservations are highly recommended. We didn't have so we had to wait a bit. The host found us a spot to get us started with drinks and then found us a table, but we were fine at the bar, so we stayed there for the evening. I ordered a mojito that was perfectly prepared and a sangria. My boyfriend ordered a Cordon Bleu flatbread pizza. It was pretty good and I ordered a fresh snapper fillet with some sort of mushroom sauce with a side of pasta carbonara, it was fantastic. Fish was prepared fresh, it was soft and great tasting. For dessert we ordered some empanadas with Nutella, which my boyfriend really liked and a house flan (be prepared to record if you order it, they light it up on fire) The place was packed so it was a bit loud with all the conversations going around but we could still speak and hear each other. We got service from several servers. It was nice to see the team supporting each other in such a busy night.

We went there for a birthday celebration, an impossible 24 seats table for any restaurant. But our server was simply spectacular, we was able to manage all the orders for drinks, appetizers, and main plates without a problem. We have to wait a bit but understandable for such a big party. Food was just superb, I had the chicken with a side of risotto. Update on February 5 2023: We came back to Rincon for a weekend and came again to this restaurant. This time, it was just a couple celebration on my wife's birthday. We ordered out of the regular menu items, monk fish on a capers butter sauce, and a grouper in creole sauce. Good choices. My monk fish was a little overcooked on the thin parts, making in a little chewy. It was my first time eating this fish, and I was expecting a lobster flavor as I was told but could not find any resemblance. Anyway was a pleasant dinner, good wine El Enemigo (Mendoza Malbec), excelent service and the best company.
