After a very bad experience previously, we decided to give Luckys another chance, however based on our 2nd experience we would NOT recommend this restaurant. We went to Luckys for wings with 6 other friends. When we arrived there was only a table with 2 adults and 2 small children seated. We ordered drinks and wings. Wings for 4 people came out about 45 minutes later, the server did not know which plate belonged to which patrons. 5 of our friends NEVER received their orders after 1 hour and 20 minutes, with other patrons who came in after we did being served. The server mentioned he was new and based on our experience was NOT a trained server! After our friends did not receive their orders and we complained, a gentleman came to our table and identified himself so the head chef. He stated he had prepared all of the orders (which were not received). We told him we no longer wanted the orders that were not received. So his recommendation was to just bill us for what we had received with no further consideration that 5 of our fellow diners had not received ANY food. How generous!.I would NOT recommend going to a restaurant that does NOT value...

Lucky's is a wonderful gem in the Stella area of Rincon. The staff are all exceptionally warm, welcoming, and provide excellent service and conversation. In addition,the clientele makes Lucky's special: a wonderful group of people with a love of Rincon, the Caribbean,it's people and culture.

The drinks are delicious and generous - especially the custom drinks made by their mixologist, Meagan. Even the non-alcoholic drinks are fantastic and refreshing! Speaking of Meagan, she's the best and will definitely brighten your day!

The food is all stellar. I got to know one of their cooks, Eric during my multiple visits. His bright, passionate personality shines through in the food he prepared, no matter if it's one of their delicious brunches, mahi mahi tacos, or variety of smoked chicken wings. Every meal I had there was extremely satisfying, especially given their reasonable pricing.

I can not recommend Lucky's enough. If you're going to visit Rincon, check it out! You taste buds and mood will not regret...

I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience here, I felt it necessary to help others manage their expectations. I ordered over the phone. When I picked up my order, it was nicely packaged in a box. However, once I got home, I realized that half of my order was missing.

I called the restaurant, and the young lady I spoke to was very apologetic and nice, trying to resolve the issue. She said I could come back and pick up the missing items since they had forgotten to add them to the box. Unfortunately, due to car problems (flat tire), I couldn't return to the restaurant, so I called again to ask for a rain check, which she granted without any issues.

Today, I went back to pick up my order, but they gave me yesterday's tenders from the fridge that were already cooked. I ended up paying $80 for a dinner and received one-day-old tenders. I do NOT...
