I placed a large online order, and upon sitting down to eat after our order pickup, we discovered that an entire meal was missing, and all the fries and nuggets were excessively salty.
Typically, I don’t complain, but since this was a large order, and I had very hungry children to feed, I sent my daughter back to the restaurant to address the missing meal and request replacements for the overly salty fries. Unfortunately, the cashier responded to our concerns with skepticism, making my daughter feel as though our complaint wasn’t credible, despite the fact that we returned four out of the six large fries we had purchased.
Every member of our household, who eats at Chick-fil-A regularly, agreed that both the fries and nuggets were unusually salty. When my daughter mentioned this to the cashier, the cashier mentioned that she needed to get the Manager’s approval for replacement. The Manager had the cashier relay a message that “the recipe doesn’t change” and that the nuggets should not have been salty. This dismissive response seemed to justify the cashier’s earlier behavior.
I’m disappointed by the way my daughter and our concern were treated. Customers should not feel doubted or dismissed when bringing up a legitimate issue. This location would benefit from better training in handling customer feedback respectfully and...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A, but this is the worst location I have ever been to. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich w/Colby Jack no pickles by itself. The first time they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with pickles. I drove back and after waiting in line I was sent to the side parking to wait longer. I get my 2nd sandwich and the box is labeled correctly so I left. When I take a bite I find out they put pepper jack cheese so I drive back and wait in line again and eventually the same employee takes the sandwich and brings me the 3rd sandwich and she says she physically checked it herself to make sure it was right. After taking a bite of the 3rd sandwich the Colby Jack was cold and the chicken meat had a texture that I could describe as taking a bite of a rubber band ball. The chicken was probably improperly stored or something. It took 1 hour to get my sandwich and it was trash. I was tempted to go a 4th time to ask for a refund but I literally can't spend any more time on my day off work to be dealing with this restaurant. And this is just one of many bad experiences at this location, they regularly mess up orders and the food is usually made poorly and leaves me and my friends...

I looked in my bag to find a my large mac and cheese the size of a small in a large bowl, and it was hard and cold. I went back around to fix it and the manager and employees came up to me and said yes ma'am whats wrong, they knew what they did and said well we ran out of mac and cheese thats why we gave you a brownie instead. I got a refund. They knew what they did and didn't try to tell me when I went through mobile thru the first time. I would've gone home, not knowing if i didn't check my bag. Be aware when u order...
