worst service ever , iD for r rated movies when me and my s/o tried watching a scary movie together , saying we needed a ADULT to watch the movie with us (im 19 he’s 18) . already had paid the tickets tried to switch movies , they were giving us a difficult time werent really trying to help kept saying “she wasn’t sure” but wasn’t even trying to help lol . walked back outside for a 5 minutes to see if we can get smth figured out , once we tried walking back into the movie theater to re buy the tickets since she didn’t wanna try to cancel the refund she made 3 minutes prior to, they locked the doors on us . lol terrible service very ghetto and rude locking the doors when another movie was gonna play in less then a hour was definitely done on purpose even if was the policy we were gonna change...

The theater is supposed to be clean and disinfected and by my experience there was used popcorn boxes and drinks in most of the available rows of seats that they have available. My wife almost sat on a chair that had cheese on it. The staff was just rude they did not even greet us or thank us. The restroom had toilet paper all over the floor and the restroom seats were covered in urine. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever encountered at a movie theatre. My main complaint is the chairs. For me I really need to be comfortable when watching my movie. If you really need to watch your favorite movie and your desperate, it's not so bad. But the Chairs suck, they lean all the way back and you feel like you're in a swing because it doesn't have any restriction from leaning back. It's uncomfterable especially in a packed seating when you don't want to encroach on other people space. Other than that if you could care less about the chairs comfurt then...
