Ordered whataburger a few weeks ago on 09/12/2019 and ended up getting the wrong order as the employees didnāt even know where out order was under the bottom warmer. After we got home I noticed it and called back and spoke to a manager Giselle she told me she would go ahead and remake the honey barbecue chicken and we got the mushroom Swiss burger. When we arrived at whataburger for the second time the manager in training at that time took my order and kept insisting I have them remake my burger too which was fine. While insisting she was being very immature and laughing. I went ahead with it not thinking anything of it. We went to sit to wait for the order and just as we sat they brought us our food. I checked to make sure it was right and we left. When I got home and started eating the new burger, the manager insisted I get, I ended up biting into and pulling out a very long hair from my burger. Now mind you my burger is cut in half and I even tore apart my other half of the burger and there was nothing in that half. It was almost as if it was intentionally placed there. I took it out of my mouth and placed it back on the burger to take a picture and show it to the general manager. So I called the general manager Joe and spoke to him about my experience he told me they just had newly installed cameras on both sides of the work stations where they cook. He said he would check and see if they did anything to my burger as it was in my burger and only on one side. I even had my hair up since I had been working that day and hadnāt taken it down. It has now been over 2 weeks and I havenāt gotten a call back from Joe and Iām not happy that I am not even sure what actually...

When you go through the drive-thru, they donāt even secure the drink lids properly. Iāve had drinks spill all over my truck because they werenāt placed correctly in the tray and the lids werenāt sealed.
I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, hoping things would improve, especially after they invested in a new building for our city, but nothing has changed. Fortunately, we have plenty of local mom-and-pop spots in Rio that serve great burgers and fries. Theyāll be getting my business instead of this mess.
