Kali's Rio Grande — Restaurant in Rio Grande

Kali’s made my trip from Cincinnati to here terrific yesterday.

Kali’s is as delicious today as in 1978 or 1979 when I first ate at Kali’s in Oak Hill. We moved from our farm into Oak Hill, Oh., just 2 streets away from Kali’s. I ate lots of Kali’s then. That was my Sophomore year of High School.

The pizzas & Jackson County Veal are still superb. I miss them; living in Cincinnati. The service was quite friendly, certainly. I had rougher service later in the day at 2 stops in Chillicothe. (undoubtedly)The service at places in Cincinnati can be rough sometimes, too.

Upon our venture to see the glorious Mothman Museum, my bestie in tow, we stopped at this quaint little pizzeria. The server was delightful, the shop clean, and the menus, lovely. Aside from the two children sitting across the way, staring intently, probably because I have unique tattoos and a mostly shaved head, I admit. It must have been quite the sight. Never the less! Daughter ordered TWO taco pizzas and she didn't get any taco sauces with them. Tried to call back from the minute we got home 8:45 pm and saw they was missing. They REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE even after I let it ring for 15 minutes. She even kept trying to call and still no answer. You would think they could at lease answer " saying it was to late to order " just incase they messed up on someone's order !!! Will be calling day manager in...
