Snappy Tomato Pizza — Restaurant in Rising Sun

This place could use better employees or a raise so the ones they do have will like their job alot more last time I called in a order the employee that took my order was very unprofessional I asked if there was any deals or coupons and he acted upset I asked than I asked a few other questions and he seriously said whatever I don't really care come to find out he wasn't feeling well but that wasn't my fault .....I know the second u get use to an employee they leave and have to start all over again and a few times were order wings they messed our order up and gave us boneless wings and u call to say hey this happened and they acted like I was lying about it as much as I wish I was cause we live 30 mins away and that's a heck of a ride to come all the way back just to get what u were suppose to get the 1st time which we didn't do. On the pizza side they always put way to much pizza sauce on it and there sauce ain't the greatest as is but we asked for them to lightly apply and we end up with none not sure if it was as a joke or what but we try to not order there much last...

I kid you not while pregnant waited 2 hours for food then they forgot my drink took another hour swore I wouldn't order from them again since the manager is rude and then 3 years later (today) I am pregnant and sick and didn't feel like going out so I prayed they wouldn't mess up again. HA pointless because they took an hour to bring the food and now it's been an hour and a half because they forgot the sauce!!! I called the manager who said oh sorry I don't know why he's taking so long he had food to deliver before you. LIKE EXCUSE ME I ORDERED 2 AND A HALF HOURS AGO STILL NO SAUCE AND YOU'RE DELEVERING TO OTHER PEOPLE. Unprofessional useless manager who now I will write a letter to corporate about because this is just ridiculous. Btw now an hour and 45 mins have gone by still no sauce I guess I'll wait another hour before calling to ask where my sauce is. I’m baffled by all the good reviews here. I’ve only lived here for about 5 years, but it’s been one bad experience after another with this place. I’ve ordered for delivery and the delivery not show up. And when calling to check on the order I’m told “the driver couldn’t find it”. I’ve waited so long on delivery orders I quit ordering delivery all together. Tonight’s jackpot was being told it’s going to be 40 more minutes after I show up 30 minutes after I ordered.....an hour and 10 minutes.....for a pickup order??? I think I could literally get food faster if i ordered from a different location in a different town. I mean people can argue all they want. “Oh well it IS Friday after all”.
