Burger King — Restaurant in Rittman

For being one of the two fast-food restaurants in town, they are sure telling people to "go to Subway". They mess up your order quite often and when you try to correct it, they get noticeably upset because they got caught trying to pay for missing food or food not made properly. The inside is quite dirty and doesn't even look like it has got remodeled in 15-20 years like other Burger King places I've been to. The fountain is disgusting and doesn't look like it gets cleaned daily, and one late night visit almost resulted in injury since they were THROWING buckets of water on the floor next to the food and it was flowing out to the walkways where customers enter/exit and there was no "Wet Floor Sign" at all. Once in a while, they do get things right the first time and it is decent, but any other time is incorrect and non-appetizing food. If I really want Burger King, I'll take the 10-minute drive to Wadsworth and...

WOW! never going here again! as slow as can be, NO manners from employees. who decided to talk to their friends, who were standing in line front of me, who were not ordering ,just playing around, and there were other customers behind me! several other customers complained about the pop needing changed, which finally when one of the employees came out to check , all he did was try it, say "ew" and handed the cup to one of their friends standing in line. i waited almost ten minutes for them to at least take my order, before losing my patience and just went through the drive thru which only took 4-5 minutes at most! seriously bk get your head outta your ass and train your...

Was headed towards the drive thru and saw an employee slowly walking towards the lane so I stopped for him, I could have fit but would have been too close for comfort so I stopped my car and waited. He proceeded to aim his phone at me, twice, presumably taking pictures or videos of my car, and walked to the middle of the drive through lane so I can’t get in at all. He stood there for a minute and then looked up at me and walked away. Also, it was dark, I was 10 feet away, assuming he wasn’t paying attention (although he looked up and saw me coming way before all of this) my headlights should have been an indicator that someone was waiting to pull in....
