Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rittman

I have had multiple negative experiences at the rittman pizza hut, but I decided as a 33 yr PepsiCo employee (and yum brands stockholder) I would give it one more try. I ordered the Detroit double pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. I was blown away by both. The cheese sticks tasted like the pan pizza always has(unlike the last two pan pizzas I ordered) and the Detroit style was absolutely fantastic. Nothing negative about it at all. My only complaint is that you no longer give packets of hot peppers or parmesan cheese, but sell the shakers. I will try to order again in the near future to see if the quality of the food coming from this restaurant had truly improved or if I just caught you guys on a good day. I truly hope it is back to the way it used to be, as pizza hut used to be my hands down favorite...

It’s truly sad I have to write a bad review for this location because I have ordered from them a lot and it’s usually pretty good. I ordered a salad tonight and it had moldy onions, brown lettuce, and the core of a dried green pepper or something in it. I end up calling to talk to a manager who says they refuse to give a refund or even a credit for a future order. They did offer to remake it but after how nasty this one was I really didn’t want another one. So disappointed with the service and the food & I gave them a chance to make it right but they did nothing at all about it. Well the new general manager is a real peach. I have been ordering once a week for many years. Today I was informed by her I was outside of their radius and they will no longer be delivering to us. She was extremely rude in explaining this to me. Last week I called to place an order they left me on the phone for 15 minutes so I drove to the store while on hold. I figured the store was probably busy. However when I arrived still on hold the store was dead with one order on the board.
