EL Rodeo Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Riverdale Park

Had an unforgettable stop here. I wandered in after picking up some groceries next door, I had seen and heard about this establishment so I had been intending to check it out.

I was greeted by some lovely ladies seated at a table with a smile and very nice sentiment on the way in. As I sat down at the bar, I had a very lovely lady assist me with some Dos Equis and the gentleman who seemed to be manager or lead of the evening was also really focusing on on getting me my order quickly and ensuring I was paid attention to. It was very flattering. I also was able to practice my Spanish comfortably and felt quite at home and treated with patience and the highest respect.

I would love to come back and really get into the spirit of the establishment.

I did not get to try any food but from what I experienced, am greatly looking forward to it.

Needed to stop at a dollar store and had thoughts of going to a bar also. When I pulled up to Dollar Tree I noticed this "Bar" so i decided to stop in.

Early Friday afternoon.

This bar has a large dining area with plenty of pool tables. A music machine and tv's.

I sat at the bar and ordered 3 tacos.

A bottle of cheap water was $3!!!!

The tacos were soooo good. I got carne asada and everything was fresh and flavorful.

I don't think they serve alcohol anymore, only beer. Even the liquor store attached to it was just beer only.

I went there on a Friday at almost midnight bc every other place was closed. Maybe that was the wrong time to go. The service was a bit slow although there were people inside. But everything else was amazing. The food is absolutely great. Try their ultimate tacos. It's a soft tortilla loaded with tasty carne. The quesadilla is pretty good as well.
