I can't help but keep coming back to Taqueria Puebla, a true HIDDEN GEM that never disappoints.
My latest visit had me savoring the irresistible Gorditadas Campechano (a delightful blend of steak and pork).
The crispy tortilla shell was perfect - so crunchy! They really know how to balance everything. The gorditas were full and the mix of steak and pork was just right. What made it amazing was the cheesy goodness. It wasn't just a little cheese - it was a lot! It made every bite so rich and yummy. And when you add the spicy red sauce, it kicks it up a notch. The mix of flavors was just perfect.
One thing that impressed me this time was the quick service. I called in my order, and to my surprise, it was ready by the time I got there just 15 minutes later. Taqueria Puebla not only delivers delicious food but also knows how to make it convenient.
Taqueria Puebla is the place for top-notch gorditas. They really know how to make them tasty. If you love gorditas, you HAVE to check this place out.

I used to get the carnitas tacos tacos al Pastor all the time, until I discovered a new item on their menu, tacos campechanos, a blend of cecina and a Mexican-style sausage. This is a major-league winner. Not only is the food excellent, but the tacos are always overstuffed; you will never be hungry after a meal here.
In the age of COVID, it's take-out only, the staff all wear face masks, and social distancing is the rule, especially among customers waiting for their orders to go.
In terms of quality, price, value, and friendly customer service, it's tough to beat...
Read moreFirst time coming here, they were very patient with me through a language barrier (I'm not hispanic) food was great. My only issue is that the cooks don't wear gloves which I noticed while they boxed up my food. I also noticed that the side stuff (looked like ceviche and a side of guac...both open in some type of glass holding) that topping stuff that they give for the in house orders were put right back in the fridge instead of being thrown away. That is definitely unsanitary. Otherwise the food and service were great. I'd probably stick to take out though to avoid the double dipping...
