Pollo Fiesta — Restaurant in Riverdale Park

Place is very bland, chips were plain, tomato sauce tasted like canned sauce.. chicken was undercook, lots of pink spots, portion was pretty big, tasted okay nothing special .. pupusa was not good, didn't even finish it... This place is not what it used to be Customer service was 2/5 ... Lady didn't even check on us, we had to call her over 3x.... Prices are scratched out so you don't even know how much your paying till the end.. $25 for this not bad but when the food is bad...

Went in for the first time to try it out, and let me say that even though they were busy. They manage to still provide good customer service and had patience with me (undecided what to order). The food ; was AMAZING! Had the chicken chimichanga my self. Ordered some wings which were great ! And the charbroiled chicken with fries for my kids they loved it ! For a great price too. The place does need alot of updating to be done but other than that it's a nice place with...

Chicken delicious! The half chicken was enough for at least 2 servings and a bargain. Fried plantains and fried Yuca- very tasty as well. Service was friendly and good. My biggest issue was the violent, graphic movie showing on both TV screens on one​ side of the restaurant. We found the Latin music to be pleasant, but a bit loud toward the end of our stay.
