Atmosphere Sports Restaurant Club and Events — Restaurant in Riverdale

Out of all the horrible service I’ve received in Atlanta, this was by far the worst! Walked in at 12:15 am, was greeted and sat by the server (it was her birthday). We weren’t able to successfully place our food and drink order until 12:55 am after being declined by the bartender, and 2 other servers. They refused to take our order because it wasn’t their table. Someone from the kitchen staff noticed us looking around. I expressed our frustration to him, he went back and let the shift manager know in which he also refused to help us and told the male who was part of kitchen staff to find the server. Once we finally placed our order with another server, our designated server expressed that we “Cheated” on her. What else were we supposed to do sitting at a table with no service and our server out on the floor mingling with guests in celebration of her birthday?

At 1:40 am (45 minutes later), the same manager who refused to assist us let us know that they were out of beef for my Philly cheesesteak. The server had been letting us know for 20 minutes that our food was coming to only be told that they were out of the meat I needed. After the POOR manager heard my frustration and I called him out for ignoring us from the beginning, he said he would take care of our next round of shots. We were drinking Don Julio Reposado. They purposely served us low grade tequila thinking we would not know the difference. Anyone who drinks knows the difference between high end tequila and low end tequila. We refused to take the shots.

After all was said and done, we were finally served food at 2:05 am. The server said she had to go back and cook it herself and that she got the Philly meat for me because the kitchen staff was too lazy to go to the other refrigerator to get the beef. On top of that, the Philly beef was crispy and burnt. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I would advise ANYONE in their right mind to not eat or drink here. PURE...

First time going last night we enjoyed ourselves the drinks we order a long island tea taste like Sprite and I want to know why y'all add taxes on the hookahs we got a 35$ one which we thought was just 35$ it came to 48$ it confused me bc my sister gave the waitress 40 she was waiting thinking she was going to get 5$ back so for a whole hour she kept asking the waitress where is her money the went and ask the hookah lady still no response then she asked for a manager he/she never came after a whole hr the hookah lady came out and told my sister that they add taxes here the thing if she my sister gave 40$ and they add taxes why she didn't ask for the rest of the money I'm confused bc this is the first club I been in an put taxes on a hookah really WE WANT BE GETTING ANOTHER HOOKAH I don't mind paying taxes on my. The place was ok service was a 0/10 the bartender had a attitude the whole time we was there from our first order and after telling the manager he told his higher up mind you they never even heard the conversation but told us that they couldn’t compensate us because from the camera footage he seen us going back in forth like isn’t that how a conversation is suppose to be held also the hookah was bad we had to send it back twice food was disappointing paid 15 for a 10 piece wing and the wings was the size of my damn pinky they only thing they did was take off the gratuity cause I wasn’t giving that bartender a dime also they ONLY take cash after 12 which should be told to you when you walk in all and all would never go again the managers higher ups wouldn’t even come out and talk to us 0/10 wouldn’t recommend I went on a Friday...
