Dragon Cafe — Restaurant in Riverdale

I wish can give this restaurant 0 stars because this is horrible customer service. I order two 8 pc wings combo and both came with a can soda. They forget to give us the can sodas and when I called them back the lady said she would call the driver. We waited for another 30 mins and I called them again but this time the delivery person answered and again I told him they forget to bring us our canned drinks so, he said he would give us 5 free drinks and that he'll put the order towards our address. So we waited for an hour and 11pm came. No one brought us our drinks, I feel like I've been lied too and this is terrible customer service. Came into restaurant at 8:35 on Sunday to place small order. Server said its a long wait to order while giving other people their food. Phone ringing no one answering and they close at 10pm. I was upset but Owner finally came out and assisted me. Service got better, plenty food, smelled great told me he's been in business 31 years. I'm a Certified Chef and this location is a decent culinary business. I'd not recommend eating here! We placed a delivery order and this was my 1st time having Dragon Cafe. My husband was supposed to order from Dragon Express on Ubereats but he made an error. Anyway, the food was absolutely disgusting. The wings tasted like old wings from two days ago and stale. The shrimp lo mein was greasy and tasteless with more onions than lo mein noodles. The shrimp was so overcooked they were rubbery and noodles were mushy. My father in law is visiting us and like I said this is not our usual restaurant. He ordered Egg Foo Young and he said its the worst he ever had. Oh they sent 2 free egg rolls that were completely burnt looking.
