On point Nutrition — Restaurant in Riverdale

This was my first time visiting On Point Nutrition, and I had a great experience! The lady working I believe her name was Sandra was very welcoming and took the time to explain the menu and all the extras they offer, like free full-body scans during the week before 5 p.m.

I went with my two kids, and we each tried a different milkshake. One got the Fudge Sundae, the other tried the Coffee Lover, and I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Sandra mentioned it was their best seller, and now I see why! It was extremely delicious and tasted exactly like what you’d expect.

The atmosphere was calming and beautiful, with such positive energy and motivation throughout the space. I’m excited to go back and try some of the other things they offer, like the protein waffles and energizing teas. Definitely a place worth...

This was my first time visiting here. My mom tagged me in a video on Instagram because she knows I love anyplace that serves all natural energy teas and protein products that I can continue to incorporate into my fitness journey. The owner was very nice and welcoming. She explained a little bit about the place, their products and her future plans that she has moving forward. I noticed that they have a very nice selection of both teas and protein shakes compared to other places I have been to. I tried the cookies and cream protein shake along with the blue blast energy drink. They were both very delicious and full of flavor. Update: I went back and had the Cookie Monster shake and omg sooooo delicious!!!! I’m definitely trying everything on the menu that doesn’t have coffee in it. I’m not a big coffee fan. The shake was definitely filling… The owner and her son are very nice people. Very welcoming so this place will definitely get my business❤️

Tried them for the first time this morning. I needed a pick me up to get me through work today. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if the tea actually gave me energy.
