I don’t know if they are under new management or what?! But my regular Sno cone experience was terrible. Syrup every damn where outside of my cup, the flavors not accurate, just a terrible experience. Then yall had the nerve to go up on prices smh. My snocone was disgusting. The ice tasted terrible I want my money back.

FYI, You know that ice machine needs cleaning. I had to throw out all of our snowcones due to the terrible taste. Learn how to do business and don’t message me anymore and avoid this location as they can’t seem to take constructive criticism.

Also, don’t guilt trip me with the ‘small business’ card. Selling spoiled snowballs is disgusting no matter who owns it. Instead of lecturing me about support, try fixing your nasty product. That’s why you’ll keep losing customers. Many other reviews are stating the same.

Also, square asked me how was my experience. That’s the purpose, explain in feedback how my experience was. No need in lying and deceiving people. I definitely won’t be back ever especially after the owner decided to guilt trip and manipulate me because of my horrible experience...

So yesterday my pregnancy hormones kicked in and I had a craving I do not know how I've never found this Hidden Gem and I've been in the area for about 5 years now but I'm lucky that I did have the pleasure of indulging. Me and my son went and we got two different slushies my son got the superhero which was raspberry and Cherry and I thought that the flavors were really really good he also got a spray of sour on the top which makes really really well with the icing and the flavors taste like flavors they were really good I got the orange pineapple and the tropical punch which was really really good too you can tell that the sauces are homemade because it doesn't taste like just ice or just sugar it really had a grape flavor the quality of the ice I must say was phenomenal everything was a 10 out of 10 I will be back and I'm glad I went. So after coming here twice with this business being I wanted to read some reviews to see if others have experienced this business constantly being closed. I ran across a review below where a customer stated my exact thoughts. “This is how businesses start to fade away. You change the hours to meet your needs and not the customers needs and you failed to acknowledge to change on your website. Poor business operation.” The business owner replied “ Our hours are listed on our social media.” which is a lie. (Got there at 12:15pm) I checked IG and Facebook unless there is another social media that I don’t know about that is advertised it is best just to apologize and take ACCOUNTABILITY. You would save more customers than to blatantly lie. You all have no hours posted on your site. Do better. Any business even McDonald’s is vulnerable to end of closing. You want the money provide...
