Aloha Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Riverside

I called to place an order and they put me on hold for 10 min. I hung up and called back multiple times just to get a busy tone. I then placed my order on grub hub, after an hour grub hub asked if they delivered it yet. (Aloha does their own deliveries). It said to call the store. When I did they answered and put me on hold before I could say anything. I hung up and called back a few times. When I finally got someone, I asked about my order. They then put me on hold for 5 more min. When they came back they said that my order was on their tablet, but no one made it. Big waste of time. I will not be ordering from here. Worst...

DO NOT PHONE ORDER WITH A CARD! This establishment is very unprofessional. I ordered from a woman who asked for my card number and she wrote it down on a piece of paper instead of just entering it into the machine, which is very incorrect. Now I am dealing with my card being stolen with hundreds of dollars being charged and there is no where else I’ve been or used the card except from this place so there’s no way it happened anywhere else. I am utterly appalled at how this place has done this to a loyal customer who enjoys their food but I will now never return. Highly recommended any other...

A friend and I just tried Aloha Pizza & Pasta 🍕🍝, located in University Plaza, convenient to the University of California, Riverside. 🏫 Good food and nice people! I tried the tasty vegetarian Cheese Lovers Sub. The large was humongous so I was only able to eat half during my lunch; but they double-wrapped my second half so well the leftovers kept nicely for dinner 👍🥪😋 My friend tried their Calzone and loved the dough!
