I despise the very idea that my sons were given terrible customer service likely because I decided to stay in the car this morning (I was in pajamas for this early morning school drop off). Not that it should matter but I raised my boys right-they know to say "please" and "thank you." When my youngest son (11 yo) was asking for his donut and chocolate milk, albeit shyly, the man behind the counter told him, "Just tell me what you want. You keep saying things but you're not telling me what you want." When my oldest (15 yo) asked for a croissant with cream cheese (my request), the man behind the counter just told him, "No." There was no response from him to say what croissants they had in spite of the fact that my sons could very clearly see croissants in the glass case.
