We used to frequent this location when it first opened years ago. The last two times the man that answered has been very abrupt and rude. Today I called, and requested take out. The response I received was "You're going to have to hold and its probably going to be for awhile". I didn't mind holding so his last comment was not only rude but not necessary! The line was then disconnected within 10 seconds. I called back again. The same person answered and before I could even say hello he told me to hold. So I took it that there was probably a lot going on all at once and kept an open mind. After a few seconds of being placed on hold the line disconnected again. Before calling back a third time I thought I would give him a few minutes to let things calm down for him. When I called back the final time I told him I realized he was busy and I didn't mind holding but that I had been hung up on twice and just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be hung up on again. He asked me to hold and fortunately I wasn't hung up on. When he returned he actually said, "ok what did you need?", which sort of caught me off guard. I felt he obviously was stressed for time so I went right into relaying my order and then told him I had the coupon for the order. He abruptly responds, "Wait. I am now going to have to start all over again and re-enter your order." I asked him why and he said because he needed to know about the coupon first. I, the customer, actually apologized to him and told him I didnt know how his computer system worked. He then tells me, ok its going to be an hour, which I repeated to confirm I heard him correctly. And without any care at all, his response was "uh hum". So I decided at that point it wasn't meant for me to order their overpriced pizza anyway and I took by business elsewhere. I won't be returning! One last note: Their website is not user friendly...you cannot apply a coupon that they have posted on their website to your order. The same rude man told me on my previous order that if you want to apply the coupon you must call in your order. So if you still decide to give this place business make sure you are aware of their entire standard operating procedures, be prepared to be hung up on, and be prepared to deal with rudeness and...
Read moreWhen we went the place was understaffed, dirty, and extremely busy. You order at a counter then find a seat. We arrived right before happy hour ended at 6. I had to ask an employee what the happy hour specials were, she told me and handed me a paper menu. What she said was different than what was on the menu which confused me. She was too busy to really focus on helping us and kept walking away. It felt more like I was a burden than a new customer needing assistance. After we ordered and sat down us and another table were asked to move because the room was reserved however our tables had no reserved sign. The tables were filthy including the tables that were reserved. While we were waiting we decided to order a salad for our table. It took a long time to get our large pizza it seemed, over 15 minutes. we had to go up to the counter after another 7 to find the small pizza we ordered, it had been put in a to-go box, so at least it was ready. After we were done eating the pizza we were still waiting on the salad, so my husband waited in line again to talk to an employee and they ended up refunding our money since we never received the salad. This was a birthday place we were trying out for my husband because the craft beer and pizza concept. I was less than impressed. The pizza was good, but way too much crust for my liking. Overall the experience was so poor I wouldn't go back. This place was recommend to me by...
Read moreThey must have kids working there because the orders are constantly wrong and now they only deliver 2 miles away… That is ridiculous. So much for first class!
To elaborate… Sometimes I cannot get delivery and it seems to be based on whether somebody shows up or not… Not professional. Also, I had been getting it delivered since I moved to Riverside and suddenly without any warning the delivery radius changed... from 5 miles to 2 miles. I am 2.1 miles away. In addition, when I call and try and deal with issues it seems like I’m dealing with non-professionals. It is almost a joke to them. Not the way I would expect to be treated. In summary, not professional, no sense of urgency, no respect, no accountability, no concern or caring, act like kids who would spit in the food if upset. It’s really a shame as I grew up with the original First Class Pizza in Villa Park... luckily there is still one near my other home in Placentia. It is really too bad though... I was a good customer & told everyone about you adding more customers but now I have to stop &...
