Where to begin. We held a group event at the Riverside location in 1/19. A week prior to the event, I confirmed a timeline of our plans along with confirming which package we were going to do. Because each family pays individually through reimbursement to our to our Chapter funds, pricing is important. Because we had a group of almost 50, it made sense to get their largest package. It came with 2 rooms and we purchased an extra hour for our event. In the original quote, they overcharged is for the extra hour. I got everything straightened out and she was going to send an update invoice (didn’t happen). When we arrived, they weren’t quite ready for us. Our party host(ess) was supposed to check us in but didn’t arrive until a little after our event started. The girl who ended Jon checking me in was nice and helpful though, I reviewed with her then schedule, where to put the food, etc. she wrote it down, but the first hostess didn’t review it. I had to take time out of my part several times to over stuff we’d already discussed or what I told one hostess and she didn’t share it with the others. I understand things aren’t perfect so they weren’t major issues and we kept going, until it came time for the payment. The overcharged is by $200. I kept explaining to them that I reviewed the pricing with the person who confirmed with me and confirmed the balance. They kept insisting their calculations were correct. I requested that a manager come up and discuss it. The manager said that the extra hour for our room was going to be $300! (The package we purchased was $649). I told them we were doing 1 hour and not 3 and that’s why our pricing was adjusted. The mgr said that this was incorrect and that it’s an extra hour charge for each room. I told her I was never told that and it’s still not right because we were charged $300 and not $200. She asked when confirmed this and that she’s go down and listen to the call to confirm what I was told. I said perfect because then she’s hear me confirm the totals several times at the end of the call. Meanwhile, we had over 20 kids waiting to jump because they refuse to give out socks and let them jump until payment is completed. We wait a while why they “review the call”. The manager came back and continued to insist that the pricing was correct. I asked her what she heard on the call -she kept going around the question and refused to admit that they had an error. Another parent was with me and she asked for the information of upper management but this manager refused to give it and told her that she could call into the regular number that you call when you schedule something. I was Sokol frustrated and upset. The customer service by this onsite mgr and one of the hostesses in our party was in believable!!! I understand that the girl I spoke to may have made a mistake with their pricing, but that’s not my ( the customers fault). They should’ve honored the pricing that I was quoted and not hold us hostage to a higher price. It’s like a bait and switch. Then, because they never updated the invoice with the changes we were given the wrong pizza. Our group also wasn’t shown our private court that we were supposed to be given so for half of our jump time, our kids were all over jumping because they weren’t shown where to go-it was a mess!!!! Getting our socks were disorganized and it was awful. We’d also missed a lot of our jump time due to this issue. So that our kids could jump, we just paid the higher price. This was totally unacceptable and horrible customer service and disorganization and they could care less. A couple of the hostesses tries to help get us a bit situated to ease the pain of what had happened (it wasn’t their fault) but the damage had been done. First, I’d suggest not booking large parties or events here. I warn anyone who books a large group here to be warned. Double and triple check everything and get it in writing and if they’re going to make changes, get it in writing a head of time. Oh and the pizza they give you is Domino’s -smh their snack...
Read moreThe management is unbelievably IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE AND CARELESS. On my last visit to this location in Riverside I had the terrible misfortune of experiencing the worst customer service and people skills I have ever seen. This woman has no idea what customer service is all about. My two-year-old got lost because she came over and distracted me while I was finishing putting his socks so we could go jumping. by the time she was done mumbling her fake explanation of why she couldn't help me with other issues previously experienced that had already made this experience a horrible one, I frantically looked for my son all over the place but time was running so fast and I could just picture my son getting hurt. I soon realized I needed help in finding him. I thought of running to the front desk and asking whoever was there for help. Maybe they could announce it over the speakers so that everybody would be alert to a missing child or maybe someone could help me by going outside to see if he got out. Lots of things were going through my mind in those split seconds it took me to run to the front desk. To my surprise I found the manager who initiated this incident, focused on the problem at hand I asked her for help. She was standing at front counter counting a few bills. I asked her to please help me because "my son just went missing" her reply was "wait a minute" 😱I replied "no I cannot wait a minute, my toddler is missing and I need to find him quick help me please!"but she had not moved a muscle to help me she had continued to count her bills and she did not even turned her head to look at my terrified face. I could not believe the lack of humanity this so-called manager showed. What kind of manager asks to the customers who came to her complaining about a missing toddler inside the park she manages to WAIT!??? So I guess now counting a few bills that are in your hand is more important that lending help to a desperate mother looking for her missing toddler! She just kept hounding the bills and totally ignore my request.I didn't want to waste anymore time since seconds are crucial when a child goes missing and looked for the first person that just happen to come out of one of the doors. Then I heard the manager mumble in a very light voice something like "yeah help her" As if I needed her permission to have this girl help me!!! this young girl probably a cashier tried to walk around and see if she could find him but nobody did anything else to help me not even the so-called manager who never stepped away from counting her bills. I even got some other customers who felt compassionate and came over to help us but the manager never came to help nor even to check if we had found him or if we just left. NOTHING!!! Thank God he was found by himself jumping in one of the big trampolines unharmed. He must've had to go up 2 sets of stairs and then jumped his way in to the back of a busy trampoline. I know accidents me happen even when parents are there so the reaction of this manager in my opinion was...
Read moreIt was my first Time here and My experience here was not what i thought it was going to be. I came here expecting to be welcomed in a friendly matter. As I was doing my transaction with my boyfriend an getting the kids signed up In a positive manner. The girls in front were not friendly, employees here at event center an cashier center are all very snobby.. Then I went over to trampoline area, an my kids were jumping an another employee came up an told them that they couldnt jump on the trampoline without skyzone socks. I didn't know they needed these socks I wasn't not informed about the socks. So after being told I went to front desk an asked to purchase the socks again the girls infront were unpleasant. In a coniving tone they said that all sales are final in a rude way so i returned my comment with well so is my visit here. After my kids an I went back about the business on trampoline. Kids needed water from jumping my boyfriend and I go to the cafe area for water and the male employee at the desk was also very rude and not acknowleding customers in a friendly matter. He did not smile once or make very much eye contact when we were there paying 25cents for cups just so we could get water. While on a water break with the kids my boyfriend gets some change out to play one of the games for the kids the dancing step one and the machine screen is not working so we go ask for our change back from the cafe he says he cannot give change back an to go to the front which is fine ok, then I was finally greeted by someone with a very friendly an outgoing personality an he assisted me in a very kind and efficient manner an also brought over the supervisor that was there I spoke with him an told him that it's my first time here and expressed my opinion and experience here. He expressed to me back that the plumbing and water was in chaos because thieves we're trying to steal something and the restrooms and water was all out of order. So i suppose this could make some employees frustrated. But I feel that is no excuse to have such a vibe about a place that is unfriendly no one is smiling or assisting kids or adult in a kind matter. I have been to alot of other kid friendly places like iplayology, and kids park areas, and trampoline park in Murrietta and the people there have outstanding customer service. With no question I would re visit just because of the friendly atmosphere. My experience here at skyzone as a first time guest was Horrible and I have never left a bad review for anything in my life so I apologize for this detailed rating but I felt hurt as a guest an uncomfortable. My kids also left feeling they did...
