Riverwalk Dog Park — Attraction in Riverside

Love this dog park, especially because it has an area to was off your dog if they get too dirty. Only down part is the mud. I have noticed after daylight saving it was been really muddy in multiple sections of the park. Could possibly be the timmers on the sprinklers or just a broken pipe. But it's a great location, love that Starbucks is right next door so we can get our pup a treat. Lots of bushes for dogs to do pee or poop, plenty of benches however only two seem to me useful on hot days because the rest have no shade whatsoever. Then there's one strange bench almost in the middle of the park. Could be some kind of memorial or maybe they just had a random bench and they picked a random spot to put it, I wouldn't recommend using it since it's right where all the dogs play and run. Love that the big dogs and small dogs are on opposite sides, some parks only have a fence in between big and small dogs so they bark a lot. This one separates both by about 50 yards. They provide water and a bowl which is nice, only one work in the small dog park at the moment. Would have given it a five but the whole mud and the lack of shade on the benches made...

I love this place! It's gated, has water, poop bags, a few toys and a lot of space! My puppy does well with the other dogs. And I also take my other dog to socialize (I keep him on a leash until he adjusts to other dogs). I always look forward to letting my dogs let loose with other dogs! Most of the owners do a good job at keeping their dogs in check.

Although, there's this one dog (Shadow) that always barks and attacks my Saint Bernard puppy. I tell the owners to take care of their dog but they always say "it's ok! He's all bark and no bite. He likes to show his dominance" It bothers me less about it barking at my dog but he BITES her! And DOESN'T leave her alone! The owners let him do that to a lot of other dogs too. They are also there ALL the time. So they make me dread walking inside because I already know what my puppy is going to go through as soon as Shadow sees her.

I wish that there could be someone present to keep peace at the park because that's the only reason why I DON'T like going there. Owners that don't...

Cute little dog park. Actually it's not very little. There's three different areas. One where you can train your dog and have them go thru a variety of obstacle courses, but that areas doesn't have a water fountain. They have a small dog play area, which is kinda neat because they have a little dog sink where you can rinse your dog off, and or give them a bath.really good idea on hot days. My dogs love it! They also have a lower drinking fountain for dogs as well as they do a normal size one for you. The last play area is for medium to big dogs.a lot of room to play and run around. A few benches to sit as well as a long short brick wall some people choose to sit on to interact with their dog. Again, only one lower drinking fountain in this play area as well as normal size one for you. It's clean because we pick up after our animals, and they're doggie bag stands through out the park so there isn't a reason why the park shouldn't be clean. By far my most favorite dog...
