When I was younger I really loved Sonic, but going back to this location has honestly been very disappointing each time. The food tastes as if they cooked it a few hours ago and heated it up in a microwave to serve to customers. Not only that but the food can get pretty costly if you aren’t buying just a sandwich or just a drink. A whole meal can cost up to $9 but be smaller than a meal you can get from a different place with more food for $5. This location has been very consistent with their bad food. Its even worse dealing with the employees sometimes. I’ve sat at the drive thru window for 5-10 minutes before waiting for an employee to finish giving me the rest of my meal because they forgot. It was pretty obvious that they noticed me but wanted me to just leave. I once had an employee confront me after he heard me make a comment about a unsatisfactory drink I was given because he heard it thru the speaker. Which is insane because I would get fired if I ever did soemthing like that (he was very rude). My family also complained about a poor meal we received and whoever was on the phone sounded as if she didn’t believe us and that she didn’t really care about the messed up order. I’ve been to other Sonic locations and they’ve never had as poor of service as this location does. It never used to be this bad. I honestly recommend anyone thinking about getting sonic food from this location to go to another one or choose a different place to eat. Read moreI wouldn't believe this story had I not experienced it first hand. UNREAL. Last night I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese croisSonic and asked them to add bacon to it, too. The person taking my order seemed to really struggle with understanding I wanted both sausage and bacon. When i pulled forward to the window, the guy read my order back to me but he only said sausage, so I reminded him I also wanted bacon on it and he said ok. I wait a few minutes and when I get my croissant, there is no bacon, only sausage. I wait at the window and let them know there is no bacon on it, and that i wanted bacon on it. I hand them the sandwich and they take it to go fix it. Here's where it gets funny--- They brought it back and I check it, only to find there is still no bacon, but now there are 2 pieces of sausage. How does this happen?? I tell them again...I want bacon AND sausage. Not 2 pieces of sausage. I give it back and they take it to fix it. I got my croissant back with sausage and hardly any bacon. Couldn't believe how many times it took for them to get my order right. It was unreal. Will certainly never go back.

Read moreCame to this Sonic on a road trip with my children, there's 6 of us, so our order was large. Knowing this, I first pulled into the stall, not wanting to hold up the drive thru, and was told I needed to use the drive thru. As I was ordering, the order taker was very rude and impatient with me, even though I informed her that I had a large order. When I finally got to the window, she had packed 6 drinks into a drink carrier made for four, and everything spilled all over me when I got it in my car. I tried to get her attention because I needed napkin's, but she continued to ignore me. When I finally got my food, I went to look in the bag for napkins, so I could clean up the drink spill, and she told me I needed to leave because I was holding up her drive thru. And of course...there were no napkins, the sides I ordered were incorrect, and there was no way for me to fix anything, nor did I even want to try and get anything corrected because she was so rude. This was a $70 order...and it wasn't even correct, and now I have ocean water spilled all over my car. Bad experience...
